Die Schwester an der Rezeption hat mir ein Upgrade auf ein Zimmer mit Flussblick verliehen, so schön! Der Transport ist bequem. Unten gibt es eine Fußgängerzone und eine U-Bahn-Station, und Sie können in 10 Minuten zum Flussufer laufen. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und lecker und der Service ist auch gut👍Ich werde das nächste Mal, wenn ich die Gelegenheit habe, nach Wuhan zu kommen, hier übernachten.

Check-in war gegen 22 Uhr. Der Check-in-Mitarbeiter wirkte neu und in Eile, war sich mit dem Drucker nicht aus und arbeitete etwas langsam. Außerdem war er stur und gab mir nur eine Zimmerkarte für zwei Personen. Obwohl ich die Karte später anforderte und erhielt, hatte ich immer noch das Gefühl, dass ihm der gesunde Menschenverstand fehlte. Während meines Aufenthalts begegnete ich einer der Putzfrauen. Sie ließ nach dem Putzen keine Handtücher da, was mir erst auffiel, als ich duschen wollte. Ich rief dreimal an der Rezeption an, bevor sie sie endlich brachte! Ich wartete 45 Minuten! Als ich derselben Dame das zweite Mal begegnete, verließ ich das Zimmer und schaute sofort nach, wo die Handtücher waren. Tatsächlich waren sie nicht da! Beim ersten Mal hätte ich sagen können, ich hätte sie vergessen, aber beim zweiten Mal war sie definitiv nicht da! Die kleinen Handtücher und Bodentücher waren sauber! Da das Hotel keine Kaffeelöffel zur Verfügung stellt, gab mir die Rezeption ein paar Löffel. Später holte ich sie mir selbst. Das Mädchen ging an der Bar vorbei und sagte mir, sie hätten keine. Ich sagte ihr sofort, dass sie die vor ein paar Tagen schon hatten und warum sie jetzt nicht mehr da waren. Ich war richtig wütend. Ich hatte nicht danach gesucht und dem Gast dann gesagt, dass sie sie nicht hätten. Das war wirklich unprofessionell. Sie wandte sich dann an eine andere Kollegin. Später erfuhr ich, dass es sich nicht um Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption handelte, sondern um ein Team, das Gäste um Bewertungen bat. Ich meldete die oben genannten Kommentare nach dem Check-out dem Bewertungsteam, einschließlich der Kommentare von der Rezeption und der Reinigungskraft. Ich erklärte der Bewerterin auch, dass sich das Team um die Rezeption konzentriert und Gäste sie oft mit Mitarbeitern der Rezeption verwechseln und Anfragen stellen (wie in der Löffelgeschichte oben).
