應該是舞鋼硬件設施最好的一家酒店。酒店外圍環境也很漂亮。今天早上退房時碰見的客房服務員普通話流利，交流暢快。房間也很乾凈，床品舒服。 但是，這家酒店基本上不懂什麼叫服務。昨天傍晚入住，我先和前台説你好，今早吃早餐，我先生經過前台時也主動説早上好，我們幾乎都沒得到什麼迴應，有個前台大概回了一句早上好，聲音小得不可思議。前台同樣沒有微笑，態度冷淡。晚上在餐廳用餐，服務員不會講普通話，整個一個雞同鴨講，累**。菜品相好看味道很差，又鹹又油膩。早餐吃完出餐廳，兩位部長級服務員（一男一女）普通話標準，微笑説再見。早餐的牛奶和豆漿，都是涼的，喝完回房間就腹瀉了。 我不相信酒店説的整改（寫之前看了別的客人的點評）。因為我認為酒店最大的問題在於管理，管理層自己不懂什麼叫星級酒店服務，自然沒辦法讓前台和餐廳服務員好好為客人服務。
