My wife and I are renting a flat, part of the hotel Jana Pawla 2 since January 2024. We have been complaining that we don't have heating during cold months and no hot water in general!!! only lukewarm. We reported multiple times to the people at the reception of the main hotel as it is the only point of contact. The information was forwarded but none, neither "kierowiczka" nor "Ksiadz Dyrektor" ever responded. (breach of the contact which clearly states to provide heating, hot water and willingness to resolve any issues..) We have contacted the hotel management via email countless times but never had any answer. We pay 4500PLN per month for such way of treating tenants. We did not pay September rent awaiting adequate response to compensate the inconvenience. We received information that "kierowniczka" would respond via email or in person...yet the only feedback we got was a notice to evict the flat !!!! instead of communicating with us. Avoid this place at all costs if you intend to pay high rent and freeze to death. I am laughing by writing that but: They are devils on earth! I never experienced such dishonest people, scammers!
