Silver Apartments

We stayed here for two nights and we were very happy with the size of the apartment and with the location. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to check in late, but the staff here was lovely and they accommodated our request without any issue. The view out of the window is very beautiful and although there is a main road right outside our window, we did not have any issues with the noise. Security being on site 24 hours is a massive plus and getting in and out of the property is convenient. We also checked out half an hour past 11 but the staff was yet again lovely and they did not give us a headache about it and they also ended up storing our luggage for a couple of hours. We did however experience a couple of issues such as the WiFi code provided did not work, we could not get the heating to turn on in the apartment, the shower head was broken and the cleanliness was not the best. Overall, the experience was good, with great customer service but there are some things that need some improvement.

Appena tornati dopo 4 giorni a Wroclaw, abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel/apartment... Devo dire che ci siamo trovati stupendamente bene. Camera al secondo piano... Ampia con cucina, completa di tutto lavastoviglie... Microonde insomma tutto... E tutto completamente in ottime condizioni. Bagno ampio con lavatrice annessa. Grande la doccia. Zona letto anch'essa ampissima... Grande vetrata su skyline di Wroclaw.. Galleria Dominikanska. Parcheggio privato x auto sotterraneo a 7 euro al giorni. Esci dall'hotel e in 3 minuti a piedi sei in pieno centro. Veramente contenti. Torneremo a Natale. Qualità prezzo 9.
