Wrexham Town Centre

Went with my girlfriend for a two night visit Staff were very friendly hotel was nice and clean.Food was very nice in a lovely restaurant would recommend it as a place to stay.Payment for parking was expensive.Location was good for visiting places in North Wales.

We stayed in the premier inn on Sunday night, my self my boyfriend and our two boys age 3&6. We were greeted by Natalie who was really helpful checking us in and friendly. Room was nice and clean and up to standard for our stay (one night) We then headed down the restaurant and was also waited on by Natalie, I find customer service key in a nice visit as well as cleanliness, I can honestly say Natalie was lovely from start to finish so helpful and great with my two tired children. Food was really good and also amazing value for money. The children's meal deals are fab and I ordered a medium rare steak and it was cooked to perfection and was amazing and so was the price. Thank you again and I would recommend this hotel to families.

Location and transport links great. The room only had one set of towels even though I stayed two guests. Went to get new towels from reception (walking from first floor) to be told they will bring the towels up. The bed was comfy but having finally put my glasses on in the morning there were loads of dead flies in the light sockets in the bathroom which had definitely been there a long while. Reported next morning and nobody seemed to want to get sorted, fortunately it was check out time so unsure if something was actually done about.

We’ve used this hotel since it first opened and it has always been excellent. Staff are always helpful and will sort any issues quickly. It’s in a good location for the football ground, station and town centre. If you need a hotel in Wrexham this is a good choice.

Hotel was clean, staff were incredible, hotel was close to everything I needed. Bed and room were immaculate, bed was extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel if you want to go to wrexham an incredible hotel for a great price.

We had an excellent experience. The front desk staff was quite helpful and kind. Our bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The design of isolating the elevators from the room hallway is an excellent idea. That way the sleeping guests are not bothered by people coming in late or leaving early.
