He knows how to please customers… he is very serious about success… also at reception Mr Cedric at reception wonderful, Mr Lionel consierge, Mr Bruno sport coach, Miss Diane at restaurant… these people are indeed special and wonderful… I will always stay here whenever i come to Douala Cameroon Pas la première fois dans cet hôtel. . si vous voulez avoir un service exceptionnel, venez dans cet hôtel. du petit-déjeuner au centre sportif, je peux donner un point culminant à cet hôtel. Surtout M. Serge (gérant) m'accorde une grande confiance avec sa merveilleuse attitude. Il sait faire plaisir aux clients… il est très sérieux au sujet du succès… aussi à la réception M. Cédric à la réception merveilleux, M. Lionel concierge, M. Bruno coach sportif, Mlle Diane au restaurant… ces gens sont en effet spéciaux et merveilleux… Je resterai toujours ici chaque fois que je viens à Douala Cameroun"

"I do not have much to say but this is probably the worst welcoming experience I’ve ever had in a hospitality establishment in Cameroon. The check-in attendant, your very first contact with a hotel, was the most unprofessional, unfriendly, unwelcoming person I’ve ever met. Although the room was alright, there were cockroaches in the kitchen area. I feel really bad for the owners of that property because you can see they have tried to give « some » quality, but obviously upkeep and personnel seem to be an issue. I would definitely or recommend this property considering that there are more and more choices for apartment hotels in Douala."

"The carpets have been removed from the rooms, which is a good thing. I enjoyed the Cameroonian dishes at lunch on Fridays. It's a bit of a change. The pool is very well maintained. It's still a great setting with all the space in the garden. The mattresses are very comfortable."

"I would like to express my disappointment regarding my stay. I was initially given a room that had an unpleasant smell, so I called and requested a room change. I was then moved to another room, but upon entering the bathroom, I found the toilet unclean, with urine on the toilet seat. As I did not want to complain again, I cleaned it myself. Unfortunately, after taking a bath, I discovered that the bed sheets were also dirty, with stains and hair that clearly were not mine. Due to these hygiene issues, I was unable to sleep comfortably."
