Appalling room. Avoid. Very noisy and light for 24 hours. Absolutely no view. No alternative available and I had paid extra for a premium room. Room 102. In addition to no sleep the rooms decor was tired. I would have put up with this for a good nights sleep but the room was so noisy and light it was impossible to sleep. This room shouldn’t be let at all and worse of all premiere inn must know this and have so little regard for their customers they carry on taking money for it.

Stayed in a family room. Good size and good beds, nice breakfast. But the room was tired with poor air quality / circulation. Not even a working fan in the bathroom. Windows streaming every morning so could not see the sea view as windows were so steamed up. Felt like no air movement, can’t open a window. Room needs updating, not up to the usual standard expected by premier inn.

We were put in Room 10 ( after not a great start with no one on reception ) . It smelt damp with filthy curtain. The member of staff who agreed with the room not being satisfactory was heard , less than half an hour later , putting someone else into the room ! I was surprised that there are no longer glasses in the room ( just two glass mugs ) and if you want the room cleaned , you have to ask reception . Different to my experience in lots of other Premier Inns . On a positive note , we were at the back of the hotel so very quiet .

Stayed Christmas Eve Christmas Day and Boxing Day for the 2nd year running. Had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay and will probably return Christmas 2025. All the staff were brilliant and I thought it was a nice touch that everyone that stayed had a Christmas card.

An excellent hotel providing a comfortable room together with a great breakfast. We had a thoroughly enjoyable couple of days in Worthing during the Christmas period. A special thanks to Christine in catering who went out of her way for us.

Lovely hotel on the seafront. We stayed at Christmas, the staff were super and even left little gift parcels outside our door with Santa footprints! Christine the chef worked so hard over Christmas Day and Boxing Day to make our amazing breakfast.

Stayed at this hotel a few times now and can't complain,staff always helpful bed alway comfortable and room nearly always cleaned to a good standard. The breakfast is buffet and whilst not always the hottest it's always very nicely cooked and present I would return to use again

Breakfast was good and Christine was very cheerful and chatty serving/cooking the food. Room was comfortable. Few issues in the hotel though, hairdryer didn’t work and problems with the lifts. One out of order and one unable to call from the 4th/5th floor so we got our steps in.
