Hotel Village

There aren't many hotels in Worpswede, and I did not pick well, as they say. This is a small hotel, the doors are locked at 20.30, at which point it would have been helpful to have been warned that you need to go round the back. My room was in an attic conversion - open the room door, wardrobe to left, toilet to left, then everything else up a spiral stairscase to an overly warm mezzanine Everything to one side of the room, forcing you to stay in the middle to remain upright. One small window, with shutters - either the shutters are open, or the window is. Bathroom was clean, though it would have been nice if I'd had shower gel, and not bath water from a previous occupant. Missed out on breakfast next morning, though it looked good.
