PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS. I checked in with my elderly parents on 4/1/2024 at approximately 4PM. We had three rooms reserved as my mom had an appointment at the hospital, which is close by. As soon as I exited the elevator on the fourth floor, I experienced a smell like I have never experienced before. it was the most disturbing odor of my life. It smelled like rotting meat that someone was cooking, but it was left out. I’ve never smelt a dead body before, but after googling, I strongly believe that it was plausible that there was a human corpse that is rotting in one of the rooms. I spent a few hours and thought I could get over the odor as I am relatively reasonable in my room reservations and I was only there for one night however, as the hours progressed, it seemed like it got worse. I went to the front desk at approximately 9 PM and told front desk about the issue And said that I would simply like a refund and I’ll go down the street. My parents and my sister who is staying in the other two rooms were OK with it and stayed the night. However, I needed to depart. As I was telling the front desk about the odor. Another guest chimed in and joined my conversation, and said that she began to smell the order on the preceding Saturday. it is quite alarming and I believe that the front desk needs to do something about it. Separately, I believe this hotel is extraordinarily rundown and unsanitary. They need to do a lot of work to get this hotel up to par and I think it’s uninhabitable and it’s priced as if it is a reasonable hotel. Do yourself a favor and book the courtyard by Marriott, which is approximately 2 miles away and is newly renovated that’s where I ended up moving after I checked out of, the residence inn. The positive is that the hotel staff is very kind and fully refunded me for my room however, I feel obliged to tell other people about my awful experience so they can avoid this hotel at all costs. Marriott Corporate really needs to come in here and do some work. Other reviews say that there are homeless people living in these rooms. Overall - it’s all really weird. In short, avoid this hotel, and you will thank me!

Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach, nach westlicher Art, Rührei, Pastetchen, dicke Cerealien, gebackene Kartoffelstücke, Saft, Brot, Spiegeleier, kann an einer Stelle selbst bedient werden. Es ist ein Stil amerikanischer Familien, die Einrichtungen sind nicht schlecht, aber es ist kein Stil mit einheimischen Hotels. Die Lage ist OK, grundsätzlich in der Uni. Mir reicht es, kein Urlaub.

Carpets and bedding musty and lumpy, broken lamps, worn furniture -- everything in the room seemed 30 years old and unloved. Tiny cramped bathroom, with minitub, soap and shampoo in refillable pump bottles mounted on shower wall as at a gym, that pull off and fall into tub when you try to use them (and hardly seems sanitary that every guest has their hands all over them). Below freezing cold outside but a/c was blasting frigid air, controls and on/off switch on a/c-heating unit not functioning, wall temperature control box not operable by guest. The room seemed like housekeeping had not been in it since several months before in summer -- how else would nobody have noticed the a/c blasting frigid air before February? Ended up trying to block the icy blast from the a/c blower by covering vent with towels, bedspread, but not successful. Jacuzzi spa was completely drained and bone dry -- with strips of moldy duct tape stretch across it like a giant asterisk -- that duct tape looked pretty old and discolored, as if placed there a long time before: ”Oh, we're waiting for a part,” says the desk. Right. Pool looked fine but was closed: ”Oh we're down for maintenance.” ”Oh we're waiting for the inspector.” When paid-in-advance customer opines they chose the hotel for pool and jacuzzi, is told by desk, ”We'll refund one night from your bill.” A total lie. Despicable: charging for facilities and services they've no intention of providing, lying to customer re refund just to stop them from demanding what they paid for. This place effectively has no pool and no jacuzzi, and negligent maintenance altogether. Oh and the ”breakfast available” will set you back about $20 per person with tax. They display bottles of water prominently in the room, but fine print on the label warns they are only ”free” if you first pay a hefty rewards program membership fee. $50 per night ”incidentals fee” swiped from your credit card on check-in, I guess in case you drink of the forbidden water. I cannot comprehend the level of pettiness in the corporate boardroom when policies creating this nickel-and-dimey guest-hostile operation were decided. It is beyond cheap, it is beyond a clip joint: it is fraud. Was in town for events, so no time or energy for the distraction of acting as unpaid consultant to this absolute disaster of a company -- incompetence plus bad attitude all around -- the antithesis of hospitality. Must to avoid.

Dieser Tag war angenehm. Personal war sehr zuvorkommend nett. Der Ort war sehr sauber und die Lage war perfekt. Viele tolle Restaurants in der Umgebung mit tollem Essen. Leicht zu erreichen Lage war in der Innenstadt. Alles war leicht zu erreichen.

Dieses gute Hotel in dieser Stadt ist gut, obwohl es ein Kind ist, aber die Erhaltung ist gut! Trip.com ist stark!

Ich blieb im Hampton Inn wegen seiner Nähe zu meinem Ärztenbüro. Es war vorhergesagt, Schnee zu kriegen, und meine Doktorbestellung war für mich absolut notwendig, meine Medikamenten infusionen auf Zeit trotz der vorhergesagten Schnee zu erhalten. Der Service, den ich erhalten habe, war gut, obwohl es mit etwas Verwirrung über meine Rechnung begann. Meine Reservierung war vorbezahlt, aber es dauerte eine Weile, um diese Informationen im Hotel-Computersystem zu finden. Ich hatte einen ruhigen Abend und kam am Morgen ohne Vorfall zu meinem Termin, und dafür bin ich dankbar. Es gab einige Fragen, die ich glaube zu behandeln. Erstens, Eis war nicht auf jedem Stock verfügbar und es gab kein Komplimentarwasser in meinem Zimmer. Ich war enttäuscht über den unzureichenden Zustand des Kühlschranks und es gab keine Recycling-Bin in meinem Zimmer. Es war nicht schrecklich und kein Teil meines Aufenthaltes wurde kompromittiert, aber ich habe in anderen Hampton Inns geblieben, die außergewöhnlich waren, deshalb habe ich diesen für diesen wichtigen Aufenthalt gewählt. Ich hatte eine Wahl eines Marriot Equidistant aus meinem Arzt Büro. Wenn ich in Zukunft in der Notwendigkeit bin, über Nacht bequem zu bleiben in meinem Arzt Büro, werde ich dem Marriot eine Chance geben.
