Nice place in centre of Worcester. Friendly staff. Key cards are a real struggle to use. The entrance needs to more visible from the road. Almost impossible to see even with sat nav saying it's there. More emphasis on the car park Entrance would help as well

Staff at this hotel from management to house keeping are warm friendly and extremely helpful. As a disabled use I found that all staff well only to happy to help and went above and beyond what was expected hotel was clean and comfortable room was well presented clean and tidy fresh towels supplied on request breakfast was enjoyable and breakfast staff even plated it up and took to table giving this is a self service a very warm and friendly touch had a few drinks in bar in evening staff yet again very helpful I woulde as a wheelchair user highly recommend this hotel and speak highly of staff I hope you as good a visit as I did 100/100. Above and beyond through out stay 4 days .

Staying here for business for a few months now and Kate on reception along with her sister are a credit to the travelodge business. Friendly helpful and excellent work ethics. But all the staff I have came in contact with are excellent and can not fault.

Extremely noisy, I understand that the Hotel is in the town centre but some sound proofing to enable you to get some sleep would be nice

This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. From start to finish, it was awful! No wheelchair access: The lifts from the car park were broken, and every single one had steps leading up to them. Dirty public areas: The cleanliness was shocking throughout the hotel. Terrible breakfast: Dirty cutlery, a plate covered in food spills, veggie sausages that were hard as rocks, a broken toaster, watery juice, and filthy cups. I only ate there once and immediately went to one of the great restaurants next door, which was the same price but much better! No accessible toilet: There wasn’t an accessible toilet in the breakfast area or the bar. Broken staircase door: The door to the staircase was either broken or took forever to open because the key card reader was faulty. Awful Room: The beds felt like children's beds, the room smelled of smoke, the bathroom was in bad shape, the water pressure was terrible, and the toilet wouldn’t even flush properly. If you use a wheelchair, don’t be fooled by their "accessible rooms" — this place is not suitable at all.
