Nice staff but the terrible state of the carpet was unacceptable. ..Huge stain (probably coffee) by the door inside the room really put me off the whole experience.

This place is pretty rough. Broken down cars in the parking lot. Front steps are caution taped off. I stayed here once a year ago and it is obvious that people are living here full time. The room: Carpets in the room are old and dirty. Furniture is banged up, scratched and drawers are hard to open. The bathroom has mildew around the bottom tiles. There is no safe to lock up your valuables. I won't be back.

Good afternoon. We stayed here a week ago. Both my confirmation email and the website indicated check in time was 2 p.m. When we arrived the sign posted said 3p.m. And we were told there were no rooms available even though I said we had a family function to go to at 2. We arrived back from the function just after 10 p.m. The drawer in the dresser would not stay closed which caused a hazard when getting up during the night. The remote for the tv didn’t work so tv had to be turned and channel selected on the tv itself. The tap in the bathroom sprayed water all over the place as it was obviously missing the diffuser/ strainer. I wrote this down and gave to the desk when we checked out and suggested a reduction in the rate. Not so.
