ÜBER DIE BUCHUNG DIESES ZIMMERS (DELUXE) SIND WIR SEHR, SEHR ENTTÄUSCHT, denn:
1. Die Bestellung entsprach nicht unserer Wahl. Es stellte sich heraus, dass das Hotel uns mitteilte, dass die Deluxe-Zimmer ausverkauft waren und wir ein Upgrade auf das Familien-Deluxe-Zimmer erhielten
2. Ehrlich gesagt habe ich mich nicht bei trip.com für ein Deluxe-Familienzimmer entschieden und bezahlt, weil es mir von Anfang an nicht gefallen hat. Wenn eine Zimmerkategorie ausgebucht ist, sollte sie bei Online-Reisen nicht mehr verfügbar sein, oder?
3. Ein Etagenbett, aber die Deckenhöhe ist kurz, so dass wir das Gefühl haben, im Schlaf zerquetscht zu werden, und wir nicht die Freiheit haben, aufzustehen. Es ist sehr erzwungen, ein Etagenbett zu bauen, das keine große quadratische Fläche hat. sehr ungemütlich
4. Problem mit dem Spa, am 23. November habe ich mich unterhalten, um zu fragen, ob die Spa-Einrichtungen geöffnet seien, in der Nacht unserer Ankunft am 27. November um 8 Uhr kamen wir zum Spa, um zu buchen, aber es war geschlossen, obwohl es geschlossen war Eigentlich sollte um 10 Uhr Schluss sein, ich habe mich wirklich nicht dazu verpflichtet, dann haben wir um 15 Uhr heute Nachmittag gebucht und abgelehnt. Das Wichtigste, was wir hierher kamen, war, die Spa-Einrichtungen zu genießen.
5. Es stellte sich heraus, dass in diesem Deluxe-Familienzimmer Flaschenmilch auf dem Schlafsofa lag (logischerweise wurde es nicht gereinigt, da man es nicht sehen konnte), und es stellte sich heraus, dass auf der Bettwäsche Tiere lagen, also sie waren kratzig und die Bettwäsche wurde gewechselt oder nicht?
Nicht nur in diesem Hotel geht das HK-Team nicht näher auf, aber für den Zimmerpreis lohnt es sich hier wirklich nicht, wenn die Reinigung nicht nach CHSE erfolgt.

Dusche, WC und Waschbecken sind getrennt. Es gibt aber keinerlei Ablagemöglichkeiten, obwohl das Zimmer ziemlich groß ist. Das Restaurant liegt auf der anderen Straßenseite (eigentlich eine Einbahnstraße, viele halten sich aber nicht daran). Gute Küche zu akzeptablen Preisen.

Der Aufenthalt im Sowan Boutique war sehr angenehm. Lage ist in einer Wohnzimmer, ruhige und komfortable Atmosphäre. Zimmer ist sauber. Warmwasser arbeitet. Es gibt auch Kaffee und Live-Musik. Parkplatz verfügbar. Personal sind freundlich. Erfolg und gutes Grüßen.

Lereng is a fairly new hotel but it has well-trained staff already who are all very helpful. If visitors don't already have their own Bromo tour arranged, they can help. The room is lovely (ours was on the 4th floor), the restaurant on the 6th floor has lots of space and even a small kids play area attached. I tried the sauna too, very nice with pine. But it does not have a shower attached. We wished we had the time to stay one more night..

Ich war eine Nacht hier. Pros: 1) Dies ist eines der nächsten Hotels zum Kraterrimm. Es ist noch eine Stunde Fahrt entfernt, aber es gibt keine Möglichkeiten, zwischen zu bleiben. 2) Die Lobby/Restaurant/Unterkünfte sind sehr sauber und geräumig. 3) Zimmer und Badezimmer Reinigung ist angemessen. 4) Der Ort hat kostenfreies WIFI und die Verbindung ist angemessen, angesichts der Lage. 5) Das Restaurant serviert den ganzen Tag Essen. Sie machten spezielle vegetarische Entscheidungen für uns. Sie waren vegetarische Suppe ausgezeichnet. Ihre Nasi Goreng war schlecht. 6) Der Tarif ist günstig. 7) Das Hotel liegt an den Hügeln und ist ein toller Ort, um in den Abenden zu gehen. 8) Das Personal war freundlich, hilfsbereit und sprach gut Englisch. Kons: 1) Die Lebensmittelwahl ist begrenzt. Aber das ist angesichts der Lage verständlich. 2) Die Badezimmer waren klein und die Ausstattung ist schlecht (kleine Waschbecken ohne Platz zum Bewahren von Toiletten, z. B.). 3) Der Ort ist sehr laut in der Nacht. Es ist der Hauptweg für die Jeeps bis Bromo und es ist unmöglich, nach 2 Uhr zu schlafen.

在酒店就能看到火山。在酒店預訂吉普車也方便。400000印尼盾一輛車。好像比外面定的貴些，入住時負責接待我的男服務員服務態度特好，解答問題很仔細，幫我挑了好看的紅色吉普車，照相很好看。禮賓的服務也非常好幫忙提箱子，很熱情。餐廳的工作人員也很友好。同住的外國人説他們預訂了吉普車就含了公園門票，但是我在去入住時，這個酒店一百米處的樣子有關卡，兩個關卡讓交了兩筆錢，不買票不讓進，給看了酒店訂單也不行。可預訂時並沒有提示在入住時還要交其他費用。😬不開心。如果入住酒店需要購票預訂時就應該説清楚，但是住這個酒店去火山確實方便。
