Enjoyed the deluxe room with jacuzzi and fireplace. Easy check in and check out. The room was definitely the highlight. I would say the breakfast should really be until 10 am for us late sleepers. And I did appreciate that kids leave the pool at 10pm

My husband and I tried to book a room on a Saturday in the Dells. I knew it would be tough but couldn’t find anything in a 10 mile radius. Luckily we managed to find a last minute cancel at the Best Western. We were very fortunate that they managed to get us a top floor room in the back of the hotel. And it was very quiet. Older property But the room was clean and bed very comfortable. Great dark out curtain and AC. Skipped the breakfast and opted for the Log Cabin in Baraboo. A good nights sleep. Happy folks.

I stayed here with a bus tour and initially I thought the exterior of the place looked like something out of a horror film (flaking paint, overgrown shrubs, tall weeds everywhere.) To be fair, it was also dark out and raining heavily when we arrived. The interior halls did not inspire confidence either -- they looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in weeks and there was obvious wear and tear to the walls. Then I got to my room. It was freezing. Others in the group complained of the same thing or of other problems with their rooms. So why the favorable review? When we got back from supper, the heat was fixed. And I found the room was actually pretty well updated -- it appeared to have new flooring, fresh paint and curtains, clean linens and plenty of clean towels. Some of the furniture was a little dated but everything looked clean except for the slightly dusty clock radio which looked like it had seen better days. The indoor water park was not open during our midweek stay but I think most of us were only interested in a clean place to crash for the night. Breakfast was decent -- there were a few selections of fresh fruit, muffins, yogurt, coffee, English muffins, and granola bars. Since I stayed with a tour I don't know what the price was but I suspect it was really reasonable. For a better initial impression they should at least **** and tidy up the areas around the sign and main entrance, maybe set out some pots of flowers to show guests they're working on the appearance. And vacuum the halls. Just a little effort tidying the areas that people initially see would go a long way to assuring guests that they will have a pleasant room awaiting them.

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit mit einem sehr schlechten Start. Erstens, die negativen: Bitte beachten Sie, dass das Hotel Ihnen eine zusätzliche Gebühr erhebt, wenn Sie dorthin kommen! Außer dass wir eine meist positive Erfahrung hatten. Die meisten Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich (minus eine Dame, die die Wasserschleifen arbeitet, die nicht sehr nett war). Die Zimmer waren sauber, schön und groß, mit einigen sehr kleinen Problemen (eine Handfläche auf dem Tauchraum gebrochen, aber noch nutzbar, und ein teilweise gebrochener Schalter für den Fan im Badezimmer, der auch noch nutzbar war). Ich habe Müll außerhalb unseres Zimmers gelegt, um aus dem Haus zu werfen, und ein Tag später, als wir es verließen, war noch nicht entfernt worden. Das Hotel ist insgesamt schön und der Wasserpark war sehr lustig, aber die zusätzlichen Gebühren gerade, als ich ankam, verlangten mich auf die Erfahrung.
