The dining area, located next to the kitchen, offers an unobstructed view of the living room and accommodates eight individuals at the spacious table.

The primary living area features comfortable furnishings, a wood-burning fireplace, a flat screen TV, a VCR, a DVD player, a stereo system, complimentary Wi-Fi, a small half bathroom, a washer and dryer, and lacks air conditioning. Additionally, it includes a private deck that overlooks a spacious grassy area, perfect for summer enjoyment and is conveniently located adjacent to the main recreation center.

The spacious master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, direct access to the primary private deck and is furnished with a queen bed. The second bedroom also includes a queen bed and provides access to the main bathroom located in the hallway. The third bedroom serves as a retreat for children, equipped with a shower bathroom and Captain’s Bunk.

The complimentary town shuttle stop is located just a short distance away; however, you may also choose to stroll to Main Street, situated two blocks from your location, to experience the various restaurants, shops and outdoor events and activities available in the downtown area.

The recreation center features a designated children's area that includes games, a flat screen TV and appropriate furnishings. The expansive great room boasts vaulted ceilings and is equipped with a pool table, a dining table with chairs, a small kitchenette, and large windows flanking a gas fireplace. Additionally, there is a large flat screen TV, a computer station with complimentary Wi-Fi and ample seating. The locker rooms are designed with tiled flooring and include bathroom stalls, showers and lockers for convenience. The main pool and spa area is enclosed by large glass windows and contains an indoor pool, two hot tubs and a cozy sitting area with a table and chairs. Access to a spacious sundeck furnished with comfortable lounge chairs and an outdoor hot tub is also available. Furthermore, a compact workout area is provided, featuring a weight room equipped with a treadmill and a stationary bike.

Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
