This luxurious three bedroom unit is situated on the second floor and features a private deck that provides a scenic view of the Fraser River.
Positioned to the right of the unit’s entrance, the kitchen features modern appliances that harmonize with the wooden cabinetry and contemporary countertops. Next to the kitchen, the dining room is furnished with a spacious table and chairs that can seat six individuals. Furthermore, there is extra seating for four at the breakfast bar.
In the living room, a flat screen TV is mounted adjacent to the wood burning fireplace, providing various entertainment options, including a DVD player, CD player, and complimentary in-unit Wi-Fi access. The living room is also equipped with numerous comfortable furnishings including a newer sofa. Please note that there is no air conditioning available.
This property boasts a complete master suite, which includes a newly installed bathroom and King-sized bed, both introduced in April 2021. A distinctive aspect of this unit is the heated floors in the bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with one queen bed, while the third bedroom features a Captain's Bunk. Additionally, the second full bathroom is conveniently situated in the common hallway, which also houses the washer and dryer.
The complimentary town shuttle stop is located just a short distance away; however, you may also choose to stroll to Main Street, situated two blocks from your location, to experience the various restaurants, shops and outdoor events and activities available in the downtown area.
The recreation center features a designated children's area that includes games, a flat screen TV and appropriate furnishings. The expansive great room boasts vaulted ceilings and is equipped with a pool table, a dining table with chairs, a small kitchenette, and large windows flanking a gas fireplace. Additionally, there is a large flat screen TV, a computer station with complimentary Wi-Fi and ample seating. The locker rooms are designed with tiled flooring and include bathroom stalls, showers and lockers for convenience. The main pool and spa area is enclosed by large glass windows and contains an indoor pool, two hot tubs and a cozy sitting area with a table and chairs. Access to a spacious sundeck furnished with comfortable lounge chairs and an outdoor hot tub is also available. Furthermore, a compact workout area is provided, featuring a weight room equipped with a treadmill and a stationary bike.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
