After a short walk up the private heated walkway and stairs from CHILL, you will have direct access to the Corridor Trail ski run to the Winter Park Base Area. If you want to take a break during the day to warm up, have lunch at the condo or even for “Après ski”, just head back down the Corridor Trail from the Mary Jane side of the resort for immediate and exclusive access to the building. It truly does not get easier! The condo is 0.5 miles to the Winter Park Base, only a 10 minute walk. It is a total of approximately 70 stairs, we view it as a good warm-up for the day ahead. The stairs can be challenging to climb in ski boots and carrying ski equipment. Please see the photo provided. - This property does not feature Air Conditioning - The Winter Park Resort base area does close during the off seasons from late April until the middle of June, and then from the beginning of October to the middle of November.
