Three stars because of the friendliness of the front desk staff, but honestly, this was a very disappointing stay. The cleanliness of this place is questionable. There was a used washcloth hanging on the shower curtain bar, and the worst part was that we found a bullet on the floor next to the chair. This wasn't a case of us searching for something wrong, but these things were right in the open. We were told that a manager would reach out to us, possibly to give us free points for our inconvenience, but I never heard back and it's been 2 weeks. Also, the bagels were hard as a rock and very obviously stale.

Seems to be newly renovated and overall comfortable stay. But the biggest call out that drove me to leave a review were the extremely kind, cheerful and welcoming employees working the front desk both days we were there. Despite one being there at check in, late evening and still the next morning, the positive attitude and friendliness was amazing. There to help, quickly and with a smile. And another so helpful and again, positive and welcoming - both ladies above and beyond, but genuine. Seems so rare these days and was appreciated! I didn't note there names, but the ladies were working the evening of 10/25, day and evening of 10/26. Overall the property was neat and comfortable. Would definitely consider staying again.

They won't work with you if your plans change so you lose your money if you paid ahead with app so I will be tring to find other places to stay. I travel for work so losing a day instead of letting me reschedule is alot of money. So that tells me they don't need my business. This is second time it's happened so no third. I've stayed here alot but won't be staying there anymore. It can't be that hard to reschedule. Just means to me they are to lazy to do so. Most other places will work with your schedule if they can. These guys won't at all

My experience was taxing to say the least. I arrived, after working an eight-hour day and traveling five hours, to a room that had old urine stains at the base of the toilet (both sides). The staff immediately provided a replacement, but it had the same issue. The third room was much better but clearly had not been used or dusted in a long time. The staff member did state that they do not typically have much business. I would expect that there is ample time to clean the rooms, even spot-checking the ones not in use. If I had had the energy, I would have taken the loss and gone to a different hotel. Luckily, I was checking out after two nights. I will not be returning, frequenting any Baymont properties, or recommending to anyone.

HVAC doesn't work (looks like you are adjusting it, but no change in temperature) Scratchy sheets with holes, no towel rack (just holes in the wall where it used to be), No cups or glasses in the room, not even by the coffee maker, no garbage can, one of the lamps didn't work, toilet kept running until you jiggled the handle a few times, card keys stopped working 2nd day of stay and breakfast was limited and unappealing. Had a waffle maker but no butter, other choices were fruit loops with unidentified milk or cold muffin.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I should have known because the price was too good. I will not try and save $40 again. Check-in was fine. We got to our room and the baseboard molding was tearing from the wall. There was a big hole in the wall from the door knob. Then, we found a big giant turd floating in the toilet. We tried to call the front desk and the phone did not work. We flushed the toilet and the toilet backed up. I went to the front desk and we got a different room. In the new room the refrigerator did not work and the shower curtain rod was hanging from the wall. I went to get ice and the only ice machine in the hotel was broke. Their complimentary breakfast included stale muffins and not prepackaged, waffles and dry cereal. As I was leaving I heard another woman say to her husband, "We are not eating here!" Enough said!
