Front desk staff not friendly or informative. They didn’t give any information about hotel even when I said this was first time at hotel. Never explained you have to leave $100 deposit on room(which I never have in all my travels) only noticed when they took credit card information for room and I questioned them about it. When checking out, never asked how my stay was or confirmed anything on my bill. I had to ask about the details on my room. Rooms were clean but blinds on huge windows had big holes in them, furniture was ripped and tattered. Limited dining. Overall, hotel is over priced with poor customer experience and property needs maintenance and upgrading.
