The hotel is clean and maintained well. The staff is helpful and pleasant. Hats off the website designers because we got the impression from photos that the hotel was in a much quieter location when it's on a noisy main road. It describes the stream side rooms a place you can sit and listen to the stream restfully and relaxing.. Our room was facing it but obscured . You couldn't see or hear it over the traffic. They have nice recreation area downstairs and a restaurant on site. Nice bar.. Staff was accommodating but the food was just okay.. It's not a small luxury hotel but more just an average hotel with nice people on staff... You have to park way across the street which made things a bit inconvenient for a pair of seniors... I think in the winter this place is perfect for skiers. but if yourre looking to chill out and enjoy the ambiance just know it's just a bit busy that's all..

Beautiful location with wonderful customer service - especially Jennifer at the front desk (who also led a delightful painting class!). Don’t forget to pack a swimsuit for the saltwater pool and walking shoes for the Windham Path. Great coffee and great food - especially the pastries.

We had the best experience at Wylder. The staff specifically Joe, Mac, and Allegra were incredibly accommodating, outgoing, and welcoming. Our car broke down unexpectedly they were able to extend our checkout time and made us feel comfortable. We loved the sauna, hot toddy’s at our arrival, s’mores at the fire pits, chocolate chip cookies in our room and the many games in the lobby area. Their responsiveness to requests was impressive. It was a cozy ski weekend and we had a great time. We can’t wait to come back!

Such a charming hotel! Welcoming staff when you check in and a beautiful reception area. There’s fire pits scattered throughout the outdoor areas to use in your downtime, and even a s’more’s station in the evenings-so cute! The room was adorable, clean, and the beds were super comfortable. The only downside is you can hear every step taken by people above you or in the hallways. We got engaged this weekend and had come back to a bottle of champagne, chocolate covered strawberries, balloons, and beautiful flowers which was such a treat and a very special touch. Great to have parking lots near each of the room blocks. Babbler was great to have for coffee in the morning and dinner in the evening. The food was delicious, but the service was a bit slow. Super close to town. Would highly recommend staying here!

The accommodations were amazing. There was a heated pool, bathrobe, sandals, arcade games, s'more at night, and free electric bikes to use. We didn't try the restaurant, but we heard amazing things about it. Our room had an old school bathtub. Very romantic place.

I stayed at this hotel recently, and I must say, it felt more like a 2.5-star property trying to pass as a “4-star” thanks to Hilton’s branding. Our winter trip, especially with a young child, turned into an unnecessarily frustrating experience due to the hotel’s many shortcomings. WiFi and TV Issues: The WiFi was incredibly spotty, making it nearly impossible to stream anything on their TVs, which only support Chromecast. There were no basic TV channels available, which would’ve been helpful for catching local weather or news. Adding to the frustration, the welcome screen on our TV displayed another guest’s name for an entire day of our stay, which felt careless and unprofessional. Front Desk Experience: On our first night, I called the front desk to report the TV and WiFi issues. The person I spoke with was incredibly rude and dismissive. I was told that management would follow up, but I never heard from anyone the next day. Housekeeping Issues: On the same day that management failed to reach out, housekeeping also failed to arrive—even after I submitted a request for service. We returned from a day of skiing to find trash still in the room and unmade beds. With no one responding to my requests, I ended up using a grocery bag I had on hand to manage trash. No Room Service or Dining Options: There’s no room service at all, and the only on-site restaurant had a 2+ hour wait for dinner. My daughter and I were turned away entirely, which left us scrambling for food. Resort Fees and Inconveniences: To top it all off, they charge $50 per night in resort fees—yet there’s no service to back it up. The front desk is located in a separate building, and since no one answers the phone, addressing any issues required bundling my 4-year-old in snow clothes and boots to trek over in freezing temperatures. This level of inconvenience and lack of service is unacceptable for a property claiming to be 4-star. Final Thoughts: If you’re considering this hotel, I strongly recommend avoiding it in the winter, especially if you’re traveling with kids. The lack of basic amenities, poor service, and logistical challenges made our stay far more stressful than it needed to be. This was not the quality or experience I expected from a Hilton-branded property claiming to be 4-star.
