Sofa Bed in Sunroom and Large Comfy Couch along with 55” Flat screen TV with cable in living room. Continuous Wifi /Desk/Work Space and Sunroom with splendid Gas Fireplace. There are 2 full baths and a fully stocked kitchen as well as a convenient laundry area. Outside there is a flat and spacious fenced front yard and a side yard with extensive decking and places to gather. Around the back of the house there is a 2 car garage that is utilized by the owner and not available for guests.This space is marvelous you will love your stay ! If you’re bringing your furry friend there will be an additional non refundable $85 pet cleaning fee added via an alteration request prior to your arrival. PLEASE NOTE: All major holidays ( Local: Apple Blossom National: Christmas/ Thanksgiving/ New years/4th of July /Memorial and Labor Day ) will include an additional $100 fee.
