All parties and events must adhere to the house rules and policies, as well as any additional guidelines provided by the host. 5. Please respect the quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. It is a gas cart which has a delay and uses very little gas. Excessive usage is using more than 1/8 of a tank as its purpose it to facilitate transportation to and from the dock with specific purpose to families traveling with elderly and small children to assist in transporting family and boating supplies. It is a motorized vehicle and should in no way be used as a toy. 11. Please respect the privacy of neighboring properties and refrain from trespassing or causing any disturbances. 12. Any violations of the house rules may result in additional charges, loss of security deposit, and/or eviction from the property. 13. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old to book. 14. Additional fees and taxes may apply. Please check with the host for more details. 15. Photo ID may be required upon check-in, along with a list of guests and ages of children. 16. Please indicate if you will need access to a covered boat slip. 17. Propane tanks are available at the nearby gas station/convenience store. Kindly refill them prior to checkout.
