This home has a beautiful open floor plan w/ gorgeous kitchen, coffee station, large family room as well as a spacious private backyard w/fire pit & photo wall! Positioned conveniently right off the walking/biking path offering easy access to explore the island & it's just a stone's throw from the grocery store, shops, & restaurants.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.No child safety features - book at own risk.About customRules:Quiet hours start at 10PM per the county, take off shoes when entering home, no eating/drinking in bedrooms, load/start dishwasher & take out trash.Guest agrees to sign rental agreement, read entire house rules, and to provide Government issued photo ID,No more than 3 vehicles (parking will be tight with 3), report damages immediately, guest agrees to pay damages.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.Outside smoking locations in front and back.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 25.About events:No events allowed.No unregistered guests allowed on property.
