"The location is very handy. 10 mins walk to train, metro, and bus stations. Shopping mall is just a 5 minute walk. Restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. Gym is well equipped. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. However, one day the cleaner didn’t close our door properly, luckily nothing was missing from our room. The main issue is the construction noise and dust. We paid extra for an executive studio with a balcony. However during our stay, the site opposite our hotel was under construction. Cement drill and digger created constant loud noise and dust from 7am each day Monday to Saturday. The construction only stops on Sunday. We could not open the balcony door for fresh air until evening. Another small problem was that the dryer at the 3rd floor was broken for the whole week. The hotel provided us with access to the dryer at the 5th floor, which was helpful."

"Insgesamt ist es ein sehr gutes Hotel mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Lage ist gut, 3 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Leonards und nur zwei Haltestellen vom geschäftigen Chatswood entfernt. Das Zimmer ist nicht groß, aber die Ausstattung ist relativ vollständig. Man kann sogar Instantnudeln zubereiten. Spülmittel und Waschmittel sind vorhanden und das Zimmer wird jeden Tag gereinigt. Der Pool ist nicht groß, aber es gibt einen kleinen beheizten Pool. Insgesamt ist es, abgesehen davon, dass das Zimmer nicht groß ist und das von mir gebuchte Zimmer keine Aussicht hat, dennoch eine Empfehlung wert."

"It is like a service apartment more than a hotel. But anyways, it is spacious and with a balcony. The location is great, just 2 mins to supermarket and metro station. The wifi connection is fast and stable. The overall experience is great and worth my money."

"Das Zimmer ist sauber und ordentlich, aber der Balkon ist zu klein und hat keine Aussicht. Die Waschmaschine ist nicht einfach zu bedienen und die Kleidung kann nicht getrocknet werden. Der Service an der Rezeption ist herzlich und aufmerksam Kostenloser Kaffee in der Lobby jeden Morgen vor 9:30 Uhr☕️, der speziell gerne zur Verfügung gestellt wird. Es ist bequem zu reisen, da verschiedene chinesische Restaurants, verschiedene große Geschäfte und Supermärkte in der Nähe sind. Es liegt auch in der Nähe des Busbahnhofs und der U-Bahn. Sehr angenehm."

"So I was impressed with a few things. Firstly, the outside is older looking and could do with a redo. The ammenities were actually pretty good. The hair dryer was a brand new looking Dyson thing. Pity I don't use hair dryers. It was fairly quiet from the road noise but there was someone upstairs making noise at 7am on a Sunday morning. Not cool. No sleep in and so it ruined it a bit for me. Otherwise the place is ok for the price and I'd stay there again. Just not with the noisy cleaner or whatever it was. Squirrels, possums, elephants. We'll never know."
