"My business has sent people there quite a few times and before it was great but have noticed since the white girl is no longer there the rooms have looked bad, I see a Hispanic girl been cleaning the rooms and I’ve picked up my guys and have noticed the Hispanic girl going in their rooms to clean and they stated that the rooms have been aweful. I suggest getting rid of the Hispanic girl and bringing back the white girl. Because if you want my business and I have guys stay there in summer a lot and sometimes in the fall times that I will stop sending my people there and paying for them to stay there if you can’t get the white girl back. The rooms were so much better and didnt look nasty."

"We had bed bugs in our room that we found in my daughter’s bed in the morning. Also, there was a wedding reception going on late into the night so it was very hard to go to sleep. Finally, the pool was warm but the air was freezing which made it impossible to swim as we were all shivering."
