The Beach House

Great resort, verry clean and the location is excellent because its one of the most populair places in Curacao nearby the beachclubs, restaurants and shops. Definitely recommended. Would love to come back next time and by the way the hospitality is amazing!

The Beach House is a good budget- friendly choice on Mambo Beach. The apartment has everything you need to cook basic meals while staying there. The master bed was comfortable, but the twin beds had minimal padding/comfort. As others have mentioned, only the bedrooms are air-conditioned. Mambo beach has quite a few excellent restaurant and bar options. If you stay here more than a few days, you will definitely want to rent a car (we recommend D and D Car Rental). There are many local grocery stores, but the ones closest to Mambo Beach are sketchy. It is worth driving a bit farther to get fresh produce and options for dairy, meats, etc that seem safe. Staff at the Beach House are very kind and helpful.

Very good this appartement. The check in was fast and the reception was very helpfull. Also when I forgot my key :) Our room was clean, bigger as aspect and we had poolview what in our case perfect was. Also when you use the backdoor you are in 2 minutes by the beach.

While the management did fix many of the problems with this accommodation when they were brought to their attention, it was unacceptable to be stuck with a nonfunctioning unit to begin with. The air conditioning was broken and, when fixed, was only available in the bedrooms and not in the living room or kitchen. The stove did not work. There were no kitchen towels or detergent for the sink in the kitchen. The view was advertised as ocean view but neglected to mention a very unattractive building in front that blocked much of the view. A distressing way to spend a vacation when we had to continually ask the management to address the problems with the unit before we had a functioning situation.

Amazing hotel, full apartment, modern, clean, spacious, amazing stay, I would highly recommend staying here for your vacation in Curacao, just next to the Mambo beach and many restaurants. Very nice pool, with balcony, garage, etc. Notice they don't clean or change towels daily, I would have liked some extra towels

The Beach House is a wonderful hotel and great staff. You almost feel like you are not in a hotel but rather in your home. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The apartments are specious and well equipped, with kitchens equipped with everything you need to make a meal. I recommend the Seaview or Royal Seaview apartments. The only difference between the two is the floor. The Royal ones being on the top floor gives you spectacular view on the ocean and Mambo beach. The hotel has gated parking, which is great if you ret a car. If you like the pool that's you place. The only downside is that hotel doesn't have beach section, so your have to walk through a gate using your hotel key to get tot the beach. And what puts their guests at a bit of disadvantage is that The Beach House guests do not have any privileges' at Mambo beach. You can't book beach chairs in the first two front rows as those as reserved for adjacent hotel guests. Do not pay $2.50 per day per person for beach access at the hotel. That is misunderstanding. You will have to pay again when you go to the beach and the fee includes the chair. Cabana beach for example does not honor beach entrance fee from the Beach House hotel. Plus you really don't need to pay for beach access if you don't rent a chair. You can go for a swim, drink or simply a walk and you don't need to pay. One more little issue is that the hotel advertises that they have king size beds, well no they don't . Kind size is made out of ONE mattress and not two twin mattresses. Idea might have come from someone who sleeps alone lol. Beds are comfortable but if you sleep with a partner, one of you is going to end up in the gap lol. At this price tag they should really have real kind size beds. Everything else was perfect, the terrace, the bathrooms, kitchen and cleanness of the hotel. You will get fresh beach towels every day, and bathroom towels every other day. Again it doesn't even feel like a hotel, but more like an apartment building with great service, and lots of privacy. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
