We stepped inside for a lunch, attracted by location and pleasant decor. The service from young unexperienced waitress was pretty poor, but polite. What was shocking however was that 3 members of staff including who should be a manager, had wine/sommelier training just next to us, while whole restaurant floor was empty. It was not just rude but extremely unprofessional and intimidating for customers . We informed the waitress about gluten allergy and asked about this ingredient in the beetroot and goat cheese salad. She served it later with cheese served on piece of white toast! Shocking. You guys could actually kill somebody this way. Better than training her about wines, teach her about food allergies. We asked about mixed selection of pierogies and heard back from chef( highly recommended by the entrance sign) that having two types of pierogi on one plate is impossible. Request like that in cheep train station bar can be accommodated. The food was good and presented nicely except of the old plastic tasted walnuts in the salad but no one could her our feedback becouse no one asked. Worth to remind that manager was sitting just next to us and heard our comments but no attention given. Shame, as the location it’s beautiful and could accommodate restaurant where staff and chef having some pride about the job. The “bottle water”, which brand was unknown was served warm and no ice. All 5 of us tasted just tap unfiltered water. I hope that this feedback can somehow help in improving the standards of the place.

Ich habe seit langem keine 3 Sterne gesehen, es ist ziemlich schwierig, weil es weit von ihm entfernt ist. Ich musste in kaltes Wasser gehen, weil die Wärme auf die Max war kalt, entweder in der Dusche oder in der Waschmaschine, und das ist ein Dreh, vielleicht nach 22 war nicht genug warm für mich, weil andere Gäste im Hotel die ganze verwendet ... Frühstück wie ein Frühstück mit minus kaltem Dampf, Ketchup-Muschel und Butter für die Entpackung von Einzelverpackung Keine Hühner wie ich war in MacDonald's .... Kaffee die günstigste man kann in Getreide und schwarze Haare in ein paar Tassen im Express .... Das ganze spart Nur guter Service, aber trotz des Servicepreises ist das Ganze zusammengestellt und ist sehr schwach.

Dieser Ort war erstaunlich . Personal war perfekt . 15 Fuß zum Zentrum von Playa Blanca Strand und Schoß. Zentrales Transportzentrum nach Peter zum del carmen. Schön entspannende Ort zum Aufenthalt. Alle Arten von Bars und Restaurants und ein schneller Hop über nach Fuertaventura. Katalanischer Kreuzfahrt ist ein Mus( Buch mit Sammy von der irischen Anvil.

Z przyjemnością mogę polecić każdemu to miejsce. Czysto miło i przede wszystkim cicho więc jeśli zależy Ci na tym, ale dalej nie możesz podjąć decyzji to podpowiem Ci...nie musisz już szukać dalej bo to miejsce jest właśnie dla ciebie. Pozdrawiam miłą załogę obsługi hotelu.

In der Nähe der Tauron Arena und das wars. Zimmer sauber und ordentlich. attraktiver Preis, da es fast in letzter Minute bestellt wurde. Das Frühstück war lecker und man konnte für jeden etwas auswählen, der es mochte, eine große Auswahl. Der Service ist auch sehr nett. danke

When we arrived at the hotel both myself and my partner were disappointed Firstly we were expecting a room with a view what we actually got was a room overlooking a street with a tramline so you can imagine the noise ! When we spoke with reception she told us yes because we booked through a travel company rather than directly booking with the hotel there was no option for us to be moved unless we were going to pay a further £100 per night for the duration of our stay. On arrival also I noticed that the towels provided had lipstick marks on them( I didn’t mention this to reception ) we just used the other towel expecting a clean set the following day, this wasn’t the case we still had the dirty towel and the one we’d used hadn’t been changed either … When mentioning this to the hotel they did provide clean towels when we returned that evening but the dirty towels remained ( I don’t know if this is the case in Poland I’m not sure what the standard is but our beds weren’t made neatly just pulled over, the bin was emptied daily but no fresh toiletries, toilet roll or towels provided unless we asked for. We also didn’t find the staff friendly no interaction at all !! And trust me when I say I’m not one to complain or make a scene. Good points about the hotel- it was in a good location a little out the way (away from the hustle of the square but a 5 minuet taxi journey into the main square / or a 20 Ish minuet walk along the river to the square. The spa was nice and the massage was fantastic and very reasonable compared to Uk prices. I wouldn’t stay here again :( Expected more Not that we spent anytime in the hotel but I wouldn’t return. ALSO TIP anyone visiting Poland download bolt app ( taxi service ) we got a taxi from airport when we arrived it cost 150 Using a bolt taxi it cost us 40 ( we were 20 ish minuets away from airport ) Defo use the bolt app !!
