Nice rooms clean no food in hotel but you can order from restaurant outside 100ft away so not to bad and was nice takeout but no pets allowed

Very nice beds. friendly staff, Brewers Fayre next door for food is no very good always waiting for staff to serve you either with food or drinks,not enough staff,some beers were not available,also we've visited hare before and after 9.30pm if they're not very busy they will ask you to leave as they close early. Premier inn need there own restaurants.

We have stayed at the Premier Inn Widnes on many occasions over quite a few years. We always look forward to being welcomed by Adeeba, who goes above and beyond to make sure everything is just as it should be. She is very professional and ensures we have a good stay. We know that should we have any problems, usually minor, Adeeba promptly and efficiently deals with the matter. Should you be fortunate enough to encounter Adeeba on your arrival you can be sure that all will be well.

We arrived quite late after a difficult day. Dee, the receptionist, altered our room locations to suit us, and later when I ordered pizza, I spoke to her at reception and told her about our day and that it was my son's 19th birthday. I went to get my pizza and when I came back in she had written a card and handed it toe for my son with a pile of confectionery as a gesture to try and help him feel better, which it did. Dee is wonderful. Be more like Dee.

We have stayed here a number of times and found this hotel a perfect location for Liverpool one and Cheshire oaks. The rooms are always clean with comfy beds and soft bedding. The staff are so friendly and helpful, there is a staff member called Dee and she can’t do enough to make our stay so good. Throughly recommend this hotel.
