Holiday Inn Express & Suites WICHITA NORTHEAST by IHG

Hotel was clean and well organized. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hot tubs was functional and relaxing.

服務友善，早餐可以

Enjoyed the amenities. The staff at the breakfast bar was most helpful and kind. Cleanliness I would rank 0. We had bed bugs in both rooms we stayed in and the housekeeping never came in the 4 nights we stayed there. I wish I was kidding.

This hotel was clean and met our needs! The breakfast was great and the front desk people were very nice, especially Daisy!!

Most of the hot breakfast items were cold, not sure if the heat was not working on the chaffing dishes. Was good otherwise.

They closed their pool for maintenance, so a big part of why we stayed there was not available for use during our stay. ☹️ Our kids made it known they were disappointed about the pool so the desk staff provided a free snack to each of them. The breakfast options were fantastic. Hot proteins were varied by day. Breakfast staff, desk staff and cleaning staff were all friendly.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was old and tired. The rug had stains. The shower was moldy. And the bathroom fixtures looked to have rust on them. The bed was clean.

Didnt have the room i paid for . When I finally got a room the refrigerator door was open and full of food from the previous guest.

The Breakfast was great I had the egg white omelet. Daisy got me checked very nice staff. The room was clean with no smell but the hallway on the 4th floor was a little tart. Every thing else was a one
