Nice hotel conveniently located by the highway. Staff was courteous. Room was very clean and comfortable. Had a barbecue restaurant across the street. Breakfast was fine. Enjoyed our stay at this location and would stay again while passing through Kansas

Lady at the desk was very nice and helpful. Clean room, check in was easy, food nearby. Two queen beds reserved for 3 people, there were 4 bath towels, 3 hand towels, but only 2 face towels. I the desk had another. The room needs a 120v on each side of the bed. There was one on one side of the bed but not on the other. We both use CPAPs. I carry a 3 outlet long extension cord just for this reason. Otherwise there were enough outlets. Good lighting, refrigerator was larger than most but no freezer.

Clean and nice place. Front desk were very nice. Had a very bad experience at other hotel, barely had any sleep and was scared to stay at other hotel. Front desk guy let me check the room before booking and it was nice and clean they made my family vacation a lot better. Thank you

Needed a place to stay last minute, and they did not disappoint. Absolutely loved the bed, soft pillows, and the shower! This would be the first trip my husband and I have taken that we didn't turn on the tv. Amazing staff, very friendly and very helpful!! 10/10 recommend

Pleasantly surprised. Not really sure what you'll get with a Best Western, but, this one was nice, and the breakfast area was clean and food was good too. The room was clean, and all of the items worked. The room had a jacuzzi, but, I did not use it. Overall, a nice room, at a great price ! I got in late, and left early, so, I really didn't get to see a lot of the hotel, but, it is easy on / off the interstate there.

This hotel has really thing mattress that has no cushioning and you are literally sleeping on springs. I was lied to and told that the same mattress are in all the rooms. Guests at breakfast stated they have really thick soft mattresses. I complained again to front desk and finally to the owner who eventually took me to a suite with a super thick kind of soft mattress. It was like they didn't want me to have the room. I was denied my free upgrade because 'no' suites available but was told by the next shift staff and the early morning staff that suites were available for me to have. One of the staff members even said that they need new mattresses but for some reason (budget) they won't buy any. The guy at the front desk bragged about sleeping on a $4000 mattress at home. I said nice to know that and to know what you want your guests to sleep on.

We stopped in Wichita on our way home from Denver to Arkansas and decided to stay here after looking at some of reviews of all the locations in Wichita....so glad that we did. The hotel is very clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

There is a Braum's Ice Cream stores and Hog Wild BBQ within walking distance, I-135 & 35 are very nearby so getting around the city was convenient. Breakfast was very yummy, and staff was great.
