Lots of restaurants close by including Mexican, Italian, Indian, and Thai. This property is also very close to Edgemoor Park which has outdoor pickleball, tennis, playground and a skate park. Just minutes from downtown! As you step inside this ranch style home with no stairs, you will be greeted by a spacious living room designed for your group to relax and enjoy. Indulge in a Netflix series or movie on the smart TV, or challenge someone to board games or cards that are provided. Your vacation home has ample kitchen space for making meals together. Enjoy eating with friends and family in the stylish dining area which seats 6 or enjoy a cup of coffee in the comfy seating area attached to the kitchen. After a long day of traveling or exploring Wichita attractions, you'll love relaxing with friends around the firepit, or grill a meal on the outdoor patio which includes outdoor seating. Two of the queen bedrooms include a twin bed which may be ideal for your child. There is also a futon bed in one of the bedrooms as well as the living room.
