It's well worth getting a Seaview room, our view was amazing. The staff were all wonderful - friendly and helpful. The room could have done with more storage for clothes, the pillows were quite flat and the bathroom had a bad smell. The car parking was run by the council but was just outside the hotel and cost only £3 a day. There was plenty of room for our March stay but I guess it's more crowded during the summer. Altogether it was a nice stay.

Clean and pleasant - excellent position right on the seafront. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Shower was amazing. Only downside is that the windows do not open at all - not even on the latch as with normal premier inns, the rooms get very warm very quickly and it became uncomfortable. Altering the thermostat didn’t seem to have any effect either. I am someone who likes to be warm but it got even too warm for me. That being said that was the only slightly negative point for the whole stay. Can’t praise the staff enough from check in to check out they were fantastic

Sam was so helpful at reception - warm smile - great customer service. Bed comfy 😴 quiet and breakfast next door excellent - Tanya at Beefeater amazing 👏 customer service, too - sea view - lovely - great location - highly recommend . Will return

Spent another fabulous weekend here to collect seaglass. I wasn’t expecting a sea view room as there wasn’t any available when I booked, so I was over the moon when we walked into the room and seen the sea!! We stop in different premier inns often on our travels and we love this one it’s literally steps to the beach. It was lovely to see the fantastic Adelle again, she’s such a credit to the hotel. Will do absolutely anything for her guests, such a lovely woman! A shoutout also to Pamela and Cindy, another great 2 members of staff, really friendly. Room was typical premier inns often and breakfast was great as usual. Thanks so much for another great weekend, see you next time 🤍

Just back from a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were outstanding, shout out to Adam for the early morning coffees! Hotel was nipping clean, only gripe was we were placed directly underneath a family with kids and they were running around so we heard it all.. Overall a very pleasant stay

Fantastic service, always helpful and friendly, great location for a weekend away. Spacious room and great view of the sea. Lots of things to do in the local area too such as shops, arcades, scenic walks, ice cream parlours. Best place to stay in the area.

Friendly helpful staff, we had a room with a seafront view, good fun people watching. Clean room, very comfy bed and all the usuals. Reception staff - Excellent 👏🏻 We used the Beefeater 3 times, 2 dinners and 1 breakfast. Food was good, actually breakfast was great. Barstaff and waiting staff were all lovely 🌟 and I'm not forgetting the housekeeping staff who work hard 👏🏻

Another great stay in Whitley Bay Premier Inn. Spotless room, super comfy bed, nice and cosy on a chilly day with a fabulous view over the promenade. We could’ve looked out the window all day at the walkers, joggers and kids playing. Adele, as ever - always on hand and sooo very helpful with our booking. She is an absolute asset to this Premier Inn and the very reason why we highly recommend this location. Keep up the good work.

Lovely staff and lovely location. Friendly staff. Great room. Very pleasant, comfy bed, hairdryer provided. The only improvements I would like to have seen is a SmartTV (as it was a normal TV) and a more powerful shower. All in all, I would recommend this hotel. As a solo business traveller, I felt confident and safe in this hotel
