The host Tamsin was very friendly excellent stay very clean and very fresh bedding good value for money. Even gave us a free parking voucher for our stay. Very good choice and lots of breakfast,lots of different cereal full English and toast varieties Easy walk in to middle of whitby . Thanks kim Chris Neil Jane x

It was a really nice and clean the host tamsin couldn’t do enough for us, really friendly B&B not to far to the town definitely recommend, the breakfast is really nice lots of cereal to choose from the cooked breakfast is lovely Bacon is really nice

Lovely clean, and welcoming, B and B. Full English Breakfast was delicious. Parking free with Disc , obtained from Tamsin, the owner, who was lovely. Ideally located, to see all the sights of Whitby. Really enjoyed our stay. Loved the Whitby Fish and Chips.

Lovely clean guest house, with clean comfortable rooms. Breakfast was included which was delicious with great quality bacon and sausages. Parking was free as owner arranged parking disc. Convenient for the station, only a ten minute walk away. Would be very happy to stay here again and recommend to friends. Many thanks.

Just returned from staying at this lovely cosy b&b, tasmin made us feel very welcome and very friendly, we enjoyed our stay very much, lovely and clean and a lovely breakfast, we shall be returning has we love whitby very much, 10 out off 10..

We quite enjoyed our stay here. The proprietor, Tamsin, was very chatty, and gave us lots of helpful tips for the area. Parking is a bit dicey though. We were just fortunate to get a spot on the street right outside the B&B. The trouble with that was we were afraid to leave it, so we didn’t move it even though we would have preferred to drive to a few spots. Not a big deal though. Breakfast was good and plenty of it. Close to town for walking which was a bonus. The only real downside was that I have to use a walker because of mobility and heart problems and we were on the very top floor! Lovely view but after walking up 50 stairs, I was literally crawling up at the end. Just glad we didn’t run into anyone else 🤣 I would highly recommend asking for a lower room before your visit. Other than that, we would both recommend this place. These are the view from our room. Room #7

Decided to stay here because of the many good reviews. The whole place is spotlessly clean from the entrance, stairs, dining room and bedroom. We were in room 7 right at the top but if you're fit enough it is worth it for the view of the Abbey. Tamsin who runs the B&B is very passionate about the place and constantly asked if we were OK or needed anything else and is very knowledgeable about Whitby and the centre is a 5 minute walk. Breakfast was excellent, cereals, toast and a full English, the bacon was to die for, not scrimped on cheap food. Parking can be an issue but we fell lucky as there are many spaces along the road and you will be given a free pass We will definitely be returning. Thank you for having us Tamsin from Grant & Louise
