Very central location for what we needed - recommended by a friend as we were visiting Legoland. Right on the high street so lots of places to eat. As we arrived all self check in machines were out of order. Nobody on main desk but when using the buzzer they appeared out of side room. Room located on 1st floor, nice spacious and clean. Surprised tv did not have Netflix etc for the children. Had food at the hotel 1st night. Good was mediocre. Poor waitress Ana was alone so was serving drinks, taking orders and manning the bar which I thought for a bank holiday weekend they could have had more staff on for the guests there. Also, think 6pm is a bit late for food service with small children. All in all, good central location for stopping off for checking out the activities.

Good location right in the middle of the town centre plenty to see and shop, bars and restaurant's nearby. The car park was quite good we stayed on a Sunday and checked out Monday at 10:30 and paid £3.60 which was good. The room was standard as usual for a Premier in, comfortable, nice shower, T.V.

As awful as the rest of the Premier Inns. Very poor WiFi. Water restricters on the tap so it takes forever to fill the sink. Receipts I can’t use to claim back the VAT and over priced food. And if that’s not enough, a miserable check in with miserable looking staff.

Good location for Staines and Sunbury where our events were. Hotel was very clean and staff, friendly and helpful. We ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel using their good value meal deal. Good position for shops restaurants and bars and lots of parking nearby.

Lovely Premier Plus rooms. Modern decor, comfortable beds and great bathrooms with nice toiletries. Restaurant food is beautiful. Food service provided by Nameera was first class. Very helpful, kind and extremely pleasant. Thank you Nameera.

Not enough staff, had food in the restaurant, starter came out missing the main item, actual meal came out wrong (should have been tex mex burger and brought me a chicken burger.) When correct meal came out it was luke warm. Complained and the nice manager gave us a free drink. Sent the food back and never had anything. The poor team are working hard but trying to run the kitchen/bar/restaurant/reception. It’s crazy, premier inn need to get there act together here, as a customer who has stayed in many premier inns this has to be the worst service. Kitchen getting the orders wrong doesn’t help but the front of house staff are run ragged. Get them some help
