We stayed overnight in Weston super Mare en route to Devon the next day. The location was ideal. The room was good and we enjoyed breakfast. The staff were very helpful.

It was perfect for us for a 3 night stay as we had business in the area. It was welcoming, helpful and next door was a nice restaurant bar. I would stay again. Very close to the helicopter museum.

The rooms are nice, the cleaners are lovely it's a bit upside down back to front. I was put in here by the council I was very venerable and didn't expect one of the staff members to talk to me is such a serial way I felt sick.i complained to management where I was told to contact the police even though there was witnesses. Another manager Anna well she needs to do a costumer service course because her attitude stunk.all the other members of staff was very welcoming one member of staff who stood out was adam,I actually thought he was management as he was always there and done jobs I never saw other staff doing He was amazing and so helpfull. I think the area manager should put undercover people in there and see What it's really like as it could be lovely place

I was greeted with a smile when I went to check in, the receptionist was welcoming and gave me the details I needed regarding my room and breakfast etc.

On arrival the reception area clean the receptionist Simon and Adam were helpful with our booking in the room was very clean well done for your housekeeping team good nights sleep breakfast was lovely plenty off choice staff very helpfu all in all a fantastic stay will becoming back and recommend to my friends

This is the 3rd stay this year, we love the lovely clean rooms. All the staff are fantastic but simon stood out for us. Simon is a real asset to the hotel, he is so pleasant and welcoming. We have not used the bar/cafe but it seems very popular. They have quite a large car park and it's free to stay. There is a pub at the end of the car park. The other thing we noticed is there is very little outside noise. We will definitely be back in the new year.

The room we booked was a family room. Even though there was only 2 of us. We wanted the extra space and to be honest a choice of beds. The room was very clean and fresh looking. The bathroom was very small with a bath and shower over. The space between the basin and wall where the toilet was positioned was very narrow and made using the toilet uncomfortable. The room was very warm and we could not work out how to use the air con. We did not get round to asking about this. Just opened the window. The beds were not very comfortable and resulted in poor sleep. However I would still recommend this travel lodge. We were made welcome and the breakfast was really good and I felt good value. If we need to come to Weston-super-Mare again we will certainly stay here again. Maybe a different room.
