I don’t really care about the checkin time so that wasn’t a problem. The staff were nice. Me and my boyfriend were sent with the keycard to our room. The whole stay (2 nights) the room stank and it was abit dirty. Didn’t even get the room I requested when I booked. Breakfast wasn’t the best as it was cold and had less options than normal. I would like to stay here again but hopefully the rooms will be better next time. It’s my first ever stay here.

Just got back from a 2 night stay with my partner, I felt very well catered for here as a wheelchair user, it has two lifts, the second was a bit smaller, and this is the first premier inn ive ever been to where I can get my wheelchair around both sides of the bed! Which was lovely to have a choice of what side to sleep on. Staff went above and beyond and a lovely lady with brown long hair and glasses was exceptional with the guest customer service. Food was beautiful every staff member approachable. Will definitely now be a returning customer to this premier inn. Would be lovely if there was a accessible room facing the sea. Was in room 118

Booked here for my partners birthday, we upgraded to the room with a view. What an amazing place, soo quiet even though there was a main road below. Lovely staff, very friendly and happy , coffee machine and fridge was good, the rainfall shower was fab, plenty of room there. Town was a few mins away, big supermarket was minutes away if you wanted it. Really didn't want to leave. Well done to everyone who made the holiday for us.

A.enities facilities and overall bedroom quality were outstanding and very comfortable for all our needs Walk in shower was perfect and the bed itself was very warm and welcoming The staff were always available if needed and the bar and restaurant was easy to navigate

I've gave a 3 star as the outside of the building is missing the premier inn signage on the road side. The other missing star is the lack of car parking for disabled guests with mobility needs! £14 for a car park which is opposite and even with a blue badge is too much and car parking should be made available for such people! Other than that can't fault it usual premier inn comfort and welcome !! Could have been 5 stars !!

We stayed here for one night to break up our journey to Minehead. Quick and easy check in. Rooms very comfortable. Prime location. We opted to have the meal deal which was £26.99 per person but I totally think it's worth the money. 2 course evening meal with a drink and a breakfast next day. My mum n dad had the steak and they dm said it was the best they had had in a long time. Staff were really nice as well.

We arrived back home today 19/05/25. The room was excellent, very spacious especially as I'm disabled the extra space was appreciated. Wet room fantastic, bed comfy. Food delicious. Staff very helpful they couldn't do enough for you. Perfect location. Thank you for everything xx
