Ausgezeichnetes Hotel in großer Lage am Meer vor und nicht weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Unser Zimmer war das größte, das wir je hatten. Großes Schlafzimmer mit guter Größe en-suite Badezimmer. Separate Sitzbereich mit Tisch und zwei Stühlen, sehr großer Kleidung Tisch und großem TV. Es gab auch ein separates Kleidung/Wadenschrank mit vollen Längenspiegel. reichhaltige Kupfer und Wäsche. Das gesamte Gebäude wurde gut gepflegt und dekoriert. Alles Personal ohne Ausnahme war hervorragend. Alle sehr freundlich, lächelnd und hilfreich. Essen war gut und reichlich. Unterhaltung zwei Nächte von Sänger Simon Kelly und Sänger/Komedier Micky Bull war das beste, was wir je hatten. Würde nicht zögern, dieses Hotel wieder zu benutzen. Würde es jedem, der das Gebiet besucht.

This Hotel is amazing the staff are very polite ,I stayed at the Caerphilly and Merthyr Travelodge and the staff were very rude and their room were very scruffy and not clean .. Weston-super-Mare is the best Travelodge I've stayed in ..book here if you need somewhere to stay

The hotel is in an ideal location for a flat walk in to the town or toe sea front. Car park is almost opposite and we had no problem finding a space. The check in is self service - not great for a technophobe, but a sign of the times. A young lady appeared anyway to offer assistance. She was pleasant and cheerful. Our room on the 4th floor was spotlessly clean and offered the usual - comfortable beds and a decent shower. We were staying 2 nights but did not request a room clean. When we asked for further tea and coffee supplies these were forthcoming with no issue. Cannot comment on any food as we ate elsewhere. However, it seemed very quiet.

Wir hatten hier gestern Abend den schönsten Aufenthalt, die Zimmer sind schön und der Meerblick absolut perfekt war schön, um auf dem Bett zu entspannen und über den Strand und das Meer zu sehen. Das Personal war so freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit, ich ging um 6 Uhr nach unten, um mehr Milch zu bitten, und der Gentleman war der freundlichste und konnte nicht genug tun, um zu helfen. I write a review each time we go, (been going since it was Martyn’s) …just been 4 nights 70s week, of course it’s gone up from what we used to pay, but still good value, our chalet was clean and new bathroom, but I take dettol wipes and give it a wipe over, ..I did have to change my pillow slip, which was done straight away ..food fine, we’re not fussy , but I wish folk would not pile it up then leave it, if you need more you can have it…then the folk who think it’s ok just put a tablecloth on the best tables, there’s notes on the tables telling you not to save tables and things will be removed of course there not, if it’s not a tablecloth it’s a bloody flashing light, come on pontins stop it, remove the stuff, we watched them having tea ,..but ‘their table ‘ reserved we all pay our money their not special … Now our complaint, …arrived in the pouring rain cold and wet, ..no heating in our block, told them right away , oh its being sorted ,the plumbers coming out …Tuesday no heating , oh yes the plumbers on his way …I said if you can’t solve it I’ll have to have our money back and go home, the maintenance man did go into the boiler room and we had heating (short lived) …Wednesday no heating, the lady receptionist said the plumbers on his way, I was told that Monday …she said I don’t tell lies, he comes from the midlands . He must be walking it , …anyway Wednesday afternoon we had heating ..the majority of sand bays guest are elderly and it was really cold & wet …they knew there was a problem Would we go again …of course we would …like marmite you like it or you don’t ..and we do .. The staff are mostly all great the one man serving can be a bit grumpy lol and the lady receptionist not always cheerful but the rest are great ..

The hotel has been beautifully upgraded. It is in a quieter beach location than busy Weston a couple of miles away. We had a very large bed and sea view. All the staff were very friendly, chatty and helpful. The cooked breakfast choices were really good and adaptable. The coffee was good too. Our only problem, for us, was the complicated tv remote and channel options! The hotel has plenty of parking.
