"Overall wasn't the greatest. The free breakfast was the best part of the stay. I was disappointed to find out after booking and checking in that there was no swimming pool when it said there was. It's been under maintenance for over a year. Then there was a problem with the TV in the room. It didn't work and the front desk said they would fix the issue but it took till the next day to get a new one. Very disappointed"

"The hotel is very convenient as far as location but as far as everything else is i could definitely do without for example when i got there I had to switch rooms twice. Both rooms we switched out of were both disgusting, it was like house keeping didn't put any effort into cleaning either room. Then after we went through all that we get into our 3rd room and the TV stations don't work on the television and our toilet barely flushes and with having to deal with all that you would think they would offer us a discount or even a night free they offered nothing. I had to ask for some kind of discount and all I was offered was 20 off only if I extended my stay the next night. So I guess with all that I won't staying again."

The home has an amazing outdoor entertaining area with an 8-seat conversation covered patio and 6 seat dining set to enjoy the beautiful Colorado outdoors. The property is perfectly located in a wonderful area situated just a short drive to Boulder or Denver and Colorado Springs is only an hour or so away.
The major ski resorts of Eldora, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Aspen and Vail are a short trip from our location - 30 minutes to 2 hours. We are minutes from Standley Lake where you can go fishing, boating or jet skiing. The rental for equipment is just down the street. For golfing enthusiasts there are several golf courses close by and miniature golf 10 minutes away. A great bonus is the short walk to Arbor Lake or the new Westminster downtown for shopping and restaurants. The RTD Light Rail/Bus Station is 2 minutes from the front door with quick access to Boulder, Denver and surrounding entertainment. -Quiet hours between 10 pm and 7 am.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Fines of $500 for smoking/vaping and/or marijuana use indoors will be imposed for violations.
-There is an exterior ring camera (audio and video) at the front entrance of our home that must remain on 24/7 for safety purposes.
- To maintain the property's upkeep, a member of our team may visit once a week for trash collection, lawn service, and restocking. They will not enter the home. You will be informed in advance if their visit coincides with your stay.
- Our A/C unit is a bit older, and running it below 72°F for long periods can cause damage. To help keep it in good shape (and because we all occasionally forget the little things while traveling), the thermostat is preset and locked at comfortable temperature ranges.
That said, we’ve set the system to operate below and above typical industry standards for both cooling and heating, so it should feel great year-round. If the temperature ever feels uncomfortable at any point, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re always happy to make adjustments to ensure your comfort.
- The cleaning fee covers standard turnover cleaning, including laundering linens, sanitizing surfaces, vacuuming, mopping, and restocking essentials to ensure a fresh and comfortable stay for the next guest.
