I stay here for afew nights on my arrival there was no warm welcome the room was filthy not been hoovered since the carpet was new about 40 years ago the decor was crap the bed was crap. I was petrified to use the electrics in case I electrocuted myself great eh the rooms were never cleaned no bed made and no hot water from the sink in the room. The wifi was none existent aswel. Now onto the bathroom which was down the hall which needs a serious make over good job a had my flip flops cos whoever used it before me left it in a rite state unflushed toilets hairs in the bath mould every where and never clean over my whole stay which to be honest is a disgrace absolute filth would never ever stay here again and advise no body else too In my opinion far too expensive and a very uncomfortable stay

A very pleasant property which is ideally located for the town of Ramsgate and also for walks along the coast to Pegwell Bay. We were warmly welcomed when we arrived and shown to the guest lounge where we were offered complimentary bottled water. Our room was clean and tidy, the shower room was a little on the small side but it did not detract from our stay in any way. Breakfast in the morning was freshly cooked to order and was delicious. The owner was polite and courteous at all times, and we would highly recommend this property for a stay. Thank you for a very pleasant night's stay :-)

The room is small but it’s ok. What concerns me most is the poor customer service. Upon my arrival at home, i discovered that i left my favourite pillow in this hotel. I rang to the hotel staff which is not helpful enough and seems not interested to my request - if it is possible for them to send my pillow back to my home address, we even beg to him and offered to shoulder all the expenses just to have it back in no time and when they have time to send it as long as i can have it back. Our call has been cut off, we tried to ring again and again but no one picks up our call anymore. I know it is my fault to left it there , i understand that they are busy and has things to do but i just wish that some people will be considerate enough to grant someone’s personal request . It might just be an old pillow but i bring that pillow everywhere i go. That pillow was given to me by my late husband and it’s cery memorable to me. The after care customer service of this hotel is not good ……staff should be trained to have at least some considerstion. I hope this review will reach to the higher management of this hotel. We live around 2-3 hours drive from this hotel thus , it is impractical to drive back and front hence we kindly requested to mail my old pillow all expenses shouldered by us but the hotel staff just cut our call /s completely. If ever you cannot grant our simple request , at least you can keep it in your storage and will pick it up anytime when we can go back to that area again. Management , please hear this plea! Thanx

Lovely little bed and breakfast. We were given free upgrades to bigger rooms. The rooms are clean and tidy with tea and coffee and a comfy bed. The manager is amazing, friendly and can't do enough for guests. Recommended for a trip to Broadstairs or Margate and right by the ferry port and close to shops and restaurants.

Very understated hotel but extremely welcoming at affordable prices, we ate a 14 item breakfast for £5, quite unbelievable in this day and age. Traditional English Bed & Breakfast with great value for money, there was even a 32 inch smart TV in the room. It helped that we were upgraded to a sea view room with Balcony. The view is worth it ! The Hotel is within a few minutes walk to the Central Harbour and High Street. Our Favourite places were Alarturka Turkish Restaurant, St Peters Fish & Chips and Weatherspoon, the biggest in UK, now that's large !

Firstly no one was there to greet me and my husband had to ring them. No one is there 24/7 only there to give you door key and don't see anyone when leaving. Was told to leave key on the bed. Breakfast was served by a young lad called Michael which was lovely and the lad very helpful and food was a great standard. One pillow each . Very small room could hardly move. Shower and toilet room very tiny. Shower door handle fell off had to get my husband to get me out. Other people that stayed there were moaning about there rooms also. Rooms very dirty and the bins not emptied in our room and had to ask the lad at breakfast if we could have more tea coffee supplies in our room. Very unsatisfied with this hotel our room was not on the website this room was something else. 😡😭
