Checked in on 18th May 2025. HUS rooms are really good facing River Ringbi. Reception, dining hall , house keeping, maintenance staff provide excellent service. When we checked in ( i am 70 yrs and my wife 67 yrs ), we both had food poisoning with stomach pain and loose motions. Hotel does not have any basic medicines to help. Restaurant Manager Kunal Ghosh helped us by getting required medicines from medical shop in Baiguney town which is 30 minutes drive from resort. His timely help saved us from worsening health. His service beyond call of duty is exemplay. 2. For tourists who want to travel to Guwahati by air after Sikkim visit, my suggestion is reach Siliguri by evening and check into a hotel if you have a flight next morning. 3. There is only one flight from Siliguri to Guwahati in the morning at 8.50 a.m. departure. 4. Dont miss seeing Namchi ( Siddheswar Mandir), Reblong ( Buddha Park ), Sky Walk, Kanchenjunga waterfalls. 5. To see all temples in Namchi it will take considerable time. Temples will be closed for Lunch between 12.00 p.m. to 1.00 p.m. No Darshan and you will be disappointed if you land up at this time. Plan well.

I had taken deep tissue oil message and scrub at Baiguney Mahindra hotels. It was given by Vandana. It was a complete rejuvenation and great quality massage.she was very well spoken and provided service happily. She was also well trained and I felt amazing post the message.
