We had a couple issues when we first checked in and the host was super responsive and took care of it within the hour. Clear directions east communication made the entire trip easy.

Great space and location.
We had a lovely time. The location was nice. I would say the beds were comfortable but the pillows in every room were cheap and uncomfortable and made for a rough nights sleep for nearly all 6 of us. One small tweet would make a big difference. Also, the second floor bathroom toilet leaks.

College visits
Property location was perfect to visit CU Boulder and easy access to I 25 to visit CSU. Great location by the mall, plenty of restaurants to eat at and things to do.

Another great stay
This was our wnd stay at this property. We love Golden and Red Rocks! The place is clean, spacious nicely appointed and communication is excellent. Hope to see ya next year!

Perfect location for our quick getaway
The house was perfect for 8 guys. The kitchen was well appointed and all bedrooms were super comfortable.

Great house between Golden and Red Rocks
Nice house with everything we needed. Looked newly decorated. Quiet neighborhood only a few minutes from downtown Golden and maybe 10 minutes from Red Rocks (unless you leave late for the concert like we did…then it’s an hour!).

Nice rsidence
Very much enjoyed our stay at this very comfortable home! Everything worked well and we enjoyed evenings in the living room with the fireplace.
The owner was extremely helpful and quickly responsive to our questions and helped in suggesting local restaurants and hiking trails.
