Club Wyndham Perth, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

This property was disappointing compared to other Wyndham properties that we've stayed at. The first issue confronting us was the lack of onsite parking. I've never had to use street parking at a Wyndham resort before, not had to pay for parking when staying onsite (if you're lucky enough to get a carpark onsite). I would suggest that staff familiarise themselves with the parking app used by the city of Perth as it would have been less confronting if they could have explained how it worked to us interstaters. However, that seems to be a feature of Perth city as you pay for parking everywhere. Due to the street parking being only 3 hours max, the location is not conducive to leaving the car at the resort and taking public transport. The resort was very quiet while we were there (29/12 – 1/1). We saw a few other people but seemed to have the place mostly to ourselves. The only sign of other people was when we could hear doors closing to other units on our floor. The ground floor café had delicious ham and cheese toasties on focaccia bread, but the quantity was limited. I went back for another the next day and was served it on plain bread. I thought the continental breakfast was a bit pricey at $40 per person, but there was a good range of snacks at reasonable prices. The room was compact but very modern and very clean. I loved that there was a spa bath, but with a standard bath tap it took a long time to fill up. The toilet door had a one-inch gap between the top of the door and the frame. The gap was uneven so I couldn't decide if it was intentional (ie for ventilation) or not. This was also the first Wyndham I've stayed at that didn't have a pool. Just noting that as an observation as I rarely use the pool anyway. Again, this might be due to the inner-city location. I also found there weren’t a great deal of dining options around the property. This was not helped by the timing of our visit as many businesses were closed between Xmas and New Year.

One of the free CAT buses stops outside Club Wyndham Perth giving great access to all of inner Perth at no cost. And the accomm is walking distance to Kings Park.

Great public transport system that is literally available at the front steps of your accommodation destination from the airport. Local eateries (within walking distance) are closed over weekends, so expect to travel on the free bus into Perth Central for a meal. Kings Park is literally a five minute walk from the front door and provides those with a military interest with a walk featuring memorial plaques and trees to the state's war memorial overlooking the CBD.

Great location, super quiet and close to Kings Park and city. Renovations were going on but minimal impact on my stay. All staff lovely and helpful. Will definitely stay here again

The outram is an ideal location in west Perth. Convenient to city by foot or by the CAT free transport Kings park access 5 min walk away In the heart of some great restaurants and cafes .please note small breakfast area located in foyer I stayed in a studio which was ample size with small balcony and huge king bed .

I love a night or two at the Wyndham Perth. Even a studio is tranquil, spacious & luxurious. The comfort level is high & staff couldn't be more helpful every time. My go to hide away for a night alone!
