Hotel was confortable and the location was very good. It took very little time to get to places i wanted to go.

Diesem Hotel merkt man leider an, dass es schon einige Jahre auf dem Buckel hat. Der Empfangsbereich wirkt zunächst einladend und modern, betritt man jedoch den Aufzug und wandelt über die Flure merkt man: an allen Ecken und Enden wird hier gespart. schmuddeliger Teppich, Müll steht im Flur herum, das Housekeeping ist weit und breit nicht zu sehen. Unser erstes Zimmer(218) begrüßte uns mit einer defekten Klimaanlage, welche dem Lärmpegel einer startenden Boing sehr nahe kam, das Sofa war über und über mit widerlichen Flecken verziert. Dieser unflexible Dame an der Rezeption konnte die Reklamation nicht nachvollziehen, erst nach längerer Diskussion konnten wir ein neues Zimmer beziehen(418). Hier funktionierte zumindest die Klimaanlage, die Sauberkeit war jedoch auch hier sehr verbesserungswürdig. Das Frühststück ist nicht der Rede wert, auch hier: laut, schmuddelig und von aktuellem Standard weit entfernt. Für 188.- pro Nacht erwarte ich keinen Luxus in Florida, aber Sauberkeit und einen angemessenen Standard wie z.B. bei Home2Suites. Fazit: Alternativen sind vorzuziehen!

Warning to anyone booking this hotel, please stay away for your safety & the safety of your travel companions. Booked a 3 night stay and on the first night requested enough pillows to accommodate 5 people & was told there were no pillows. Fine. Bedding for trundle bed was dirty. On the 2nd night we requested clean pillows and blankets & was told no again, fine. Courtney, a front desk employee was rude & decided to call the cops on my travel party and had us removed from the hotel because we complained that we found a roach in our room. Courtney also told my 14 year old daughter who is special needs that if we didn’t leave the room in 20 minutes she would be calling the cops on her. When the police arrived they quickly realized that this employee was vindictive. As we exited the hotel doors she screamed at us to “have fun sleeping in your car.” This experience traumatized all of us & we have filed formal complaints against this employee and the hotel. Don’t stay here, it’s not worth it. Oh & the pool was filthy, there was hair and garbage floating in it.

I stayed here because of reputation, price, comfort, and location in that order. The main issue I had was that the bed was not doo comfortable., it had that dip in the center from overabundance of use and needs to be replaced. One the other hand the room was clean and comfortable. nice tv, couch, bathroom, and mini fridge. Although I didn't use the pool it was clean and looked inviting. I did see some teenage in it and they seemed to like the pool. The breakfast was awesome and a great selection of hot and cold things. You will leave stuffed after breakfast included in the price by the way. Staff was really friendly. The location is about a mile off i95 and it took about 15 minutes to get the "The square" which is a great eatery location and shops", and the beach is another 5 minutes from there. It about 15 min from Mar-a-largo club if that's your thing to drive by and see his mansion. Overall a good stay and I'd recommend this hotel.

Nice but we’ll choose another hotel next time we’re in town. No washcloths in the room and when requested we were initially told that we weren’t entitled to them because our stay was only for two nights. Explaining that we only had two towels was more difficult than it needed to be. Not important but while I’m here… Please add Fresh fruit to the breakfast bar.

We regularly stay at Marriott properties when available. This Marriott was clean and for the most part fine with only one complaint. Rooms are noisy. Walls are thin. Listened to normal volume conversations from the guests next door until 2am. Odete was front desk person that checked us in. She was very nice and extremely helpful.

All around bad experience at this hotel. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and said something after the first night. Was told I could get another mattress topper and then told that was not available. Partner had to sleep on the couch duration of the trip. Next issue was the pool was closed with no notice the whole day (not even a sign at the front desk) and opened without notice. Last but certainly not least found a dead roach in my refrigerator. Manager on duty didn’t seem to care or be phased. I was only offered a new room when my partner made a big stink. I was given a 10.00 credit and told the head manager would not be at work until the day after I left. The manager on duty said my card would not be charged until I spoke to the head manager. I was reassured countless times he or she would be in contact with me, I am still waiting for that call and they charged my card right after I checked out. This Marriott ignored requests from ***********, myself, my credit card company and Marriott corporate. They seem to make their own rules at this hotel and lie to a customer's face.

I stopped here on the way to Fort Lauderdale before getting on a cruise ship. The guy working the front desk was friendly. Not much of a selection in the lobby Market though. After driving all day I was really looking forward to the advertised heated pool. Went out to find some guy smoking **** at the table by the pool as if that was a completely normal thing to do. I went back a little while later after the stench had cleared. The pool was warmish but not close to warm enough to swim in with the outdoor temperature in the 60s. The room itself had lots of dumb issues. The shampoo dispenser in the shower was right at shoulder level and 1 of the tamper-proof covers was missing. Lots of hair and other residue were already in the shower before I used it. The sign for the master switch by the front door was over the switch for the kitchenette. The master switch really only controlled 2 lights. The light switch by the bed did not work if the switch by the front door was off and there were no power outlets by the bed. There was no plug on the desk for a computer, other Marriott properties have desk lamps with outlets. I had to pull the desk away from the wall to plug my laptop in. The fan in the AC ran constantly, there was no way to turn off the fan when the AC was not blowing without turning the whole machine off. Since it blows upward the curtains would not stay closed, I had to use the clips on 2 hangers to keep the curtains closed. Luckily I was only here for about 12 hours total, would not want to stay there for longer

The only nice thing about this hotel was The coffee, unfortunately the staff didn’t have enough sense to have enough on hand for the hotel guest. The room was dirty and we didn’t once have a hot shower, it was cold or luck warm. They didn’t make our room until we made a fuss and asked them to more then 3 of our nights. We stayed 9 nights and over one week end, the staff didn’t inform us that it would be more then one dollars a night more for the week end. The pool was over crawded because the sister hotel next door ( Hilton ). Pool was not in use so all the patrons came to our pool. Over all completely disappointed and will not be spending our time at the Marriott or the Hilton Hotels. Wast of money and holiday

Staff was amazing and super accommodating allowing us to check in at 11 am due to our flight getting in early. Hotel was quiet, clean, easy access to 95 and local attractions and last but not least….great, free breakfast! Pool was peaceful and great!

This was our first visit to West Palm Beach and we stayed at the Springhill Suites by Marriott. The hotel was very nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. They offer a free Continental Breakfast every morning, which was very good with variations of items every day. You could make your own waffles, eat dry cereal or oatmeal, eggs, meats, fruit, pastries and breads. Our room was very comfortable and clean. This was a very nice hotel.

Something happened to our reservation at a nearby Marriott, so we were rebooked here. It was during the Honda Classic so everything was booked. Todd was at the front desk and I have to say I was rather upset for having our plans changed so I wasn’t the most pleasant customer for Todd. Todd stayed professional and asked if we would like two queens or a king. I realized I was probably being rude so I apologized. I applaud Todd for his professionalism. It started to get busy at check in so he greeted each guest. The room was clean. The AC was great. The fridge kept everything cold and the little freezer compartment actually froze my ice packs. Bed was comfy.
