Best Western West Monroe Inn

Well maintained, clean and have hot breakfast.

Room was nice, just need to upgrade beds and sofa bed. The room is suppose to sleep 5 but only wanted to give 3 towels.

The breakfast was good- the bed was very firm, but the pillows and blankets needed some work - not the most comfortable

Room was clean, staff was really nice. I requested the room with the hot tub. It’s a really neat room with comfortable bed, tv, fridge, microwave everything you need.

Location is surrounded by restaurants which was nice. Right off the major Hwy so it wasn’t much a detour. Rooms were in good clean condition no signs of bugs or lazy cleaning service. The only complaint I have is the pull out bed the mattress it wasn’t padded I’ll rate it 3 out of 10 because 1. It’s Better than sleeping on the floor. 2 it’s right by the AC and I’m hot bodied so “W” for me lol. Security of location is great multiple cameras positioned all around the parking lot and building. Breakfast was good. The kids enjoyed the waffles and yogurt.

The room was clean. Everyone was friendly and cordial, including the other hotel guests.

I paid online, but upon arrival had to pay a second time because the ******* digital card didn't work. I need to be reimbursed.

Probably don't recommend The carpet in the room was very dirty. You could feel that it was grimy. The sofa bed mattress was essentially a sheet over the springs.

Staff at hotel very rude I booked the room for my nephew I called to add his name on the booking the staff was very rude over the phone hung the phone twice on me
