Everything is so perfect, from the room, the service, location and cleaniness. Will definitely be back if we are travelling to Melbourne next time. Highly recommended!

Water pressure was good and room was spacious, i believe this hotel was renovated just before COVID. No lock on toilet. Hotel location is walking distance to the free trams, but is located right next to a fire station, so there would often be loud sirens from the fire engines leaving the station. The housekeeping left much to be desired - even though the room was for 2 people, only 1 set of bathrobe, slippers and bathroom amenities (q tips) was provided. I didn’t really mind since i don’t use these things anyway, but my partner on the trip used the bathrobe on the first day, placed it on the floor (assuming housekeeping would replace it with a clean one in the wardrobe), and found the used bathrobe on top of his dirty clothes on the sofa when we came back to the room for the day. We stayed for 5 nights and the sheets were not changed at all during our stay.

This is the second time for me with the hotel. The experience was still the best for me. I selected a room with elder toilet accessibility, and it was good with spaces but it was lack of table space to leave my belongings. Overall, everything was great.

The Rooms Division Manager is very accommodating as well as the FO team leader.

The manager is so nice to let us check in early and a free room upgrade.

Walking distance to Southern cross station. Quiet area and less restaurant around. Nice view from my room. Room is big and clean. Breakfast was normal not many choices. Overall is good, would recommend to stay.

Realy nice place and enjoyed it. Recommeded to all couple and family. Nice buffet too

The thing I loved most was that the hotel staff were super friendly and really made us feel at home. Room was equipped with screen sharing (super easy to use) and there was both a heater and air-conditioning. Area is safe, there are parking lots right outside and a cafe just beneath. Walkable from CBD as well and we would definitely recommend it.

I am deaf. It was my first time to come to Sydney, Australia. I arrived at my destination at 9 a.m. It was not comfortable to sit and sleep. who came to support me, they were very helpful and gave me priority. I immediately checked in and rested. I was very touched by the good reviews of this hotel.

The location is very close to queen victoria market within 10mins walking distance.

location is convenient, yet it requires you 7-8min walk to the tram or southern cross station. overall infrastructure is more like a three star hotel, it's functional, but not suitable for couples for vacation,I think is more for fit for business travel and a short stay. btw the mattress is perfect, this is beyond my expectation.

This place have a nice view and good service

Location was pretty good, walkable distance to Victoria Market and CBD area. Pretty small selection for breakfast. Bed was good, but pillows were a little too soft to my liking. Room service can be better, empty tissue box was not replaced, used towel was not cleared etc but these are all small issues that we can overlook
