Nachts kommen viele kleine Kakerlaken aus dem Badezimmer. Aber eigentlich ist das Hotel nicht dreckig und es ist zurückgegangen. Im Großen und Ganzen bin ich zufrieden. Wieder bezahlbarer Preis. Macht mein Kind glücklich.

I stayed for two nights. On the first night, the TV suddenly came on at midnight. I jumped up in shock and turned the TV off. Some 10-15 mins later, the TV came on again. I turned it off again. It happened third time. After turning the TV off, I decided to take out the room card from the room controller. But this meant that there was no aircon through the night. It also took a while to get back to sleep from the initial shock. Then at around 4am, sound of prayers came through the windows and I stayed awake almost through the whole prayer session. The windows are poorly insulated. That meant I slept for less than 5 hours. I feedback to the reception in the morning about the TV. At night, on the assurance that the issue was fixed, I jumped up again at midnight when the TV came on. After some trial and error, I discovered that the TV does not turn on automatically if I keep the room lights on. It was challenging to sleep with the lights on but I eventually did, only to be woken up at 4am. the two nights stay had been a poor experience. Also, the towel on the first night was rather dated with frays at the seams. Time to replace the towels.

Die Zimmer sind komfortabel, die Einrichtungen sind in Ordnung, die Lage ist strategisch günstig. Glückliche Familie und wird auf jeden Fall ein vorrangiger Ort sein.

The location is the best in the North Jakarta. The big shopping malls next to hotel can provide everything you need. But the traffic is also horrible as weekends and peak hours. The room is big and good, but the toilet seems have problem. The disgusting smell keep going out as the exhaustion of the first toilet is very weak. I need keep closing the door and not using it. When I checked in, I’ve told my room is not yet ready, they offered me a free welcome drink at the coffee shop, that’s nice. But after one hour, no one ever come to inform me my room is ready or not. I got my room when I complaining which they should proactively inform the client.

Good location Room is clean Gym - plenty equipments There is bathtub in the room - no separate shower Staff is fantastic! Wearing bikini in the pool area is ok but not comfortbable because no one wear bikini, other guest swimming with clothes. Everytime gocar go into the hotel - parking fee is 5000 even only to drop you.

This hotel is great for a short stay. The staffs were nice and attentive and everything is clean. Breakfast was delicious. For the price point, this hotel is super worth it.
