This hotel is in good location. The room is clean. Breakfast is good. However the biggest problem is too dark. Lobby, lift, room.... I can barely see things clearly.

the hotel was okay but the furnitures r bit old and not well maintained such as the sink in the bathroom has some unremovable black stain, n it would be great if they have international sockets near beds

Great place to stay! Clean, great location and great customer service. Very easy to check in, and the elderly gentleman at the counter was so sweet!

Had a fantastic stay at Novotel Jakarta Gajah Mada. Impeccably clean room, excellent facilities, and top-notch service. The staff went above and beyond. Change in service date was accommodated seamlessly. Highly recommend!

Strategic location near by chinatown pancoran petak enam. Bad service from hotel related to our complaint about TV that didn't working. Have to wait for 2 hours to request engineering to fix the problem. Room was clean and nice..but the wash basin not working well. No body in charge at swimming pool and fitness centre area.

I like this company. I tried for the first time in Jakarta. Starbucks is outside the front was fine good place has settings as other Novotel places

Great hotel with good location

Checking in and out was easy and staff was friendly. Room is large, bed is comfy and bathroom is fully equipped with hot water. Breakfast was below par and I wasn't expecting such poor choice of food for a Novotel hotel. Proximate to Glodok, Jakarta's Chinatown, which is around 10 minutes walk. Travel to other parts of Jakarta is easy but be prepared for the traffic jams.

No room cleaning on time, no breakfast offered even after staying here for more than 2 weeks. Staff will only help the people who have booked thru them and not guests who are staying thru travel agents. I do not recommend. No hospitalilty.
