Ethnic and well maintained. Spacious outdoor sitting. Complimentary breakfast is good. Notice roaches and needs proper pest control time to time

No valet parking - security is creating a nuisance to provide parking for my personal vehicle & management isn't responding

I was very much surprised to see the level of maintenance. They were calling themselves as 3 star but definitely not to that level of standards. I did complain and they did change the room. But of no use there were cockroaches every where. They were saying that pest control was going on, in that case they shouldn't have allotted that floor to the customers. I was very much disappointed.

Hotel was very dirty. Cockroaches in the room, ac is working but we can’t operate it due to this we had to adjust will high cool temperature. Tv not working. Blankets are with stains and in very bad condition. Cupboards are very dirty please donot stay in such hotels

Good hotel, big rooms, clean premises, courteous staff, very helpful. Food is very good and service is fast. Prime location. Everything nearby. Swiggy and zomato allowed. Would recommend for stay in eluru.

Rooms are smelly. Works going on in the hotel. Smell and dust around. Ac doesn’t work properly. Limited staff. Night watchman sleeping mostly but wants tip while leaving. Flush broken in the room we were allotted and when we complained they have to look for an alternative.
