The living room has a large smart TV with reliable hardwired internet access allowing you to watch your favorite shows on your favorite streaming services. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the breakfast nook area with seating or take it outside on the large two-tier back patio. The space is family friendly and has accommodations for children including step stool, baby gate, kid-friendly plates/cups/utensils, and more. The game room is a great place to entertain both kids and adults as it has a ping-pong table, foosball table, table top hockey, and pop-shot basketball with all necessary balls, paddles, pucks, etc included. There is also an exercise area with free weights and an exercise bike so you can get a workout in without leaving the home. An ADA ramp for the front step is available to be installed prior to guests stay upon request. There is a private double wide driveway for guests use that provides four off-street parking spaces, with on-street parking available as well. Please do not park directly across the street between the "No Parking Here to Corner" signs as this area is not intended for parking. Located just blocks from shops, restaurants, bars, grocers, and convenience stores in the Historic Valley Junction 5th St and the 4th & Grand corridors, this home offers tremendous walkability to explore the neighborhood without the need for loading up in the car each time you head out for entertainment. Alternatively, the area is also very bike friendly for those who would like to explore the area faster due to the amount of bike trails in the immediate area.
