Disappointed, I wouldn’t have thought that a brand name like HYATT would be setting the bar so low.
No hand towel rail, toilet roll holder coming off, not very well cleaned, the phone doesn’t work.
Informed them regarding the phone, someone was sent out, who just fiddled around with the wire then said it’s now working, back to square one after a while.
Air and heat conditioning not working properly, someone came to sort it out on three occasions over two days, all times they said it’s okay now, each time it was exactly the same and made no  change to the room temperature.
On the third day I asked for a heater as the room was too cold, someone came with a heat and plugged it in, the heater was not working, informed them that the heater is not working, someone came to replace the heater.
The replacement heaters was badly damaged, it had a jagged portion of the side of the heater broken away (approximately 5” square ) and exposing the wires.
The guy who bought the heater plugged into the socket by the bed leaving a very tight space to walk past it, as the other socket wasn’t working.
I asked the guy to take the heater back, pointing out to him that the heater was very dangerous and could electrify someone.
