This hotel is absolutely top-notch – truly the best I've ever stayed in. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, creating a homely atmosphere that's hard to find. The rooms are spotlessly clean, and the lobby is impressively large and beautifully decorated. The breakfast offered is delightful. What really stands out is the outdoor patio - it's a fantastic space, complete with a cozy firepit and a grill, perfect for relaxing evenings. Staying here is a decision you won't regret. Plus, the hotel is surrounded by numerous dining options, adding convenience and variety to your stay. Highly recommend this place for an unforgettable experience!

One of the worst Residence Inns I’ve stayed at, and I’ve stayed at many. I’m a Marriott loyalist (platinum) and RI tends to be my go-to brand within the family, but I don’t think I would stay here again unless I had no other choice. This property is huge relative to most RI footprints but they don’t seem to have the staff or infrastructure to manage it. My spouse, two teenagers, and I stayed for four nights over the Easter holiday weekend. There were no luggage carts available on arrival, where we waited about 20 minutes to be checked in. The employees were mostly friendly, if harried. We called to get an extra blanket for our daughter, who was sleeping on the pullout couch and was freezing, only to be told they didn’t have any available. The walls are thin, so you will be immersed in whatever your neighbors are doing — the first night, we were kept awake all night by a blaring television next door (but when I mentioned this at the front desk the next morning, I was met with the human embodiment of a shrug emoji). Breakfasts were always meager and picked over. Oh, and the bed is horribly uncomfortable. I don’t think I ever slept more than two hours at a stretch. We picked this place despite the tepid reviews because they had a 2 br suite available, but I would suck it up and pay for 2 rooms somewhere nicer if I could do it over. A few weeks ago I stayed at a Towneplace Suites where they treated me like royalty. This Residence Inn treated me and my family like a mild inconvenience.

Große Betten! Es gab ein Nachtlicht im Badezimmer, das immer hervorragend ist. Niedrige große Dusche, gut nachgedacht, auch mit einem kleinen Leder, um Ihren Fuß aufzulegen, wenn die Beine schütteln. Ausgezeichnete Lage, zum Flughafen und zur Innenstadt. Rideshare bietet einfachen Zugang zu den meisten Einrichtungen in der Umgebung. Dieses Hotel hat wirklich gute Treffensräume.

Ich habe in anderen Orten vor dem Days Inn geblieben, und ich muss zugeben, dass ich auch skeptisch war, aber ich ging voraus, für zwei Nächte zu buchen. Ich muss sagen, dass dieser Days Inn nichts wie das andere ist, das ich geblieben habe. Ich war angenehmen überrascht. Das Front-Desk-Personal war freundlich und freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber, im Gegensatz zu den Bewertungen anderer Gäste. Sie servierten auch Frühstück, obwohl ich beide Tages Frühstück verpasst habe. (Andere Tage Inn verkaufte Frühstück, aber sie servierten sie nie). Insgesamt ist ein guter Aufenthalt. Kale / PJ ist das Beste! Einchecken war einfach, er weiß, wie die Regeln zitieren! Er weiß alles, was im Frühstück enthalten ist! Die Orte, an denen er es zu essen empfiehlt, waren die besten! Die Zimmer waren absolut wunderbar. Die Hausaufsicht hielt die Zimmer sauber.

Clean, quiet and no bugs at a ”reasonable” price. Also, I must add, the staff is very helpful and seem to go out there way to ensure that you enjoy your stay and come back again. They also have free breakfast but if you're like me and like to sleep late there's a Waffle House in walking distance, literally in front of the hotel and alot of others restaurants. We arrived to a very pleasant desk clerk. When asked, he suggested several eating places nearby. When we returned and unloaded, I had to ask for my free water bottles as a Hilton Honors member. When we arrived at the tiny room, smaller than any I've stayed in under Hilton. We found the black out curtain was not there and could not close the side curtains far enough. There was an opaque curtain which anyone could see through from inside or outside. No way to block it. This was first floor. The front desk offered to move us and I suggested a handicap room as my partner on a rollator This room was better, but barely big enough to move rollator to other side of the bed. Bathroom was plenty big. However, adequate. Not like any other Hampton/Hilton we have stayed in.
